Background: Tar-Mach is the result of the Junkions meeting and working with the autobots, as well as learning about the Decepticons. They realized that one of their biggest shortcomings was a lack of air power, and thus was Tar-Mach produced.
Tar-Mach is a Junkion who was altered with parts salvaged from Decepticon seeker jets, and using techniques learned from the autobots, made into a triple changer. In addition to the standard motorcycle form (with the addition of groovy-looking fins), he can take the shape of jet. While based on Seeker Jet design, Tar- Mach is not quite as fast, or as manueverable.
Appearance-wise, Tar-Mach appears much like the normal Junkion. His face is a bit thinner than more, and marked by Manchu-style mustaches typical to Junkions, but lacking an accompanying beard. Most marked about him are the Seeker Jet wings on his back, and fuselage on his chest. In Motorscycle form, the wings form into fins while the Fuselage is hidden. In jet form, he resembles a particularly bulky Seeker Jet with a Junkion paint scheme.
In combat, Tar-Mach is a decent fighter, but hardly expectional. While equipped with Seeker jet lasers in all three of his forms, he prefers the traditional Junkion style of grabbing a dangerous-looking object and flailing away at whatever's attacking him with it.
Tar-Mach has an interest in what he considers to be the cycle of nature; that is, how junk comes to Junkion. The process of raw materials becoming finished goods, then becoming junk fascinates him. The system of exchanges between goods, materials, and money intrigue him as well. as do the origins of particularly interesting pieces of junk. In short, he is an something of an economist, a garbage technician, and an antiquarian.
But, one part of the process intrigues Tar-Mach and appeals to his Junkion sensibilities more than any other. The point where the system of exchanges break down, where goods and money mean nothing; where skill, intellect, luck, and lost pride rule the day. The part of the process that capitivates Tar-Mach the most is the economic phenomena known as Game Show. Much of his demeanor is drawn from what he sees in game shows. Much of his TV phraseology comes from gameshows, and things relating to them. He keeps a large archive of recorded gameshows on his personal database, and is more than happy to share the interesting moments.
Aside from this personal interest, Tar-Mach is a fairly affable transformer. He suffers from a fairly lousy work ethic, generally not doing it unless ordered or deems it necessary. However, he's always ready for a party, with plenty of gameshow blooper reels from accross the known stars to share. He quickly becomes annoyed with more duty-oriented sorts, and will try to avoid them if possible. The Decepticons vaguely confuse him; why bother fighting when there are skys to fly, roads to travel, parties to attend, energon goodies to scarf, and a new season of The Price is Right on the horizon?
