British folks, specifically in the vicinity of London!

Unread postby FlamingDeth » Wed Nov 12, 2003 1:28 am

So British Airways is offering some cheap travel to London, and I'm thinking about taking it up!

Anyhow, I figure I'd best talk to some people about it before paying in excess of a thousand dollars (as I have to get to one of those cities first, which isn't cheap from Alaska), and stuff. As the "spring break" thing on campus up here is between March 15 and March 21, I'm thinking that would be the time to travel. Anyhow, I'm not sure what I actually need to talk about, since the offer includes hotels and the like, so...yeah.

However, I need to decide soon, as purchases must be made before the 18th of this month. :D

DISCUSS, BRITS.

Well actually during that time I'll definately still be here at Duke...and Rowan may be visiting me then so he may not be there either. Sorry.

"Spring Break" (aka Easter Holiday) for me starts on the 19th of March, and last a whole month, rather than a piddly week or so. Thus, you might catch a day of me if you were to travel at such a time. Not sure about the others down here, though. I think t_h is still in the pre-university stage, and thus might have more accommodative holiday dates. Not sure, though.

Well. Given the enourmous response to this where everyone says that they won't be there, I guess I won't be going to London!

At least not now.
