This'll give the people who don't want to do chibis a chance to do stuff!

All I ask is you do not do a scribble and say it's your enty.
I know, I know I said quality doesn't matter, but atleast TRY.

Most people new to Oekaki tends to use Oekaki BBS more. not to mention most people(that I know of) in said jam use Oekaki BBS alot.

The list has not been made yet. It'd be really confusing if it was first come first serve seeing as you wouldn't know which person was working on it at that time or not.

Oh. I meant more along the linesof actually capable of using them, since I know that when I'm at home, for some reason it won't let me submit things done in Oekaki, but it will let me submit things done in Paint.

HOWEVER.

I can always do stuff during the slow periods at work, as the connection there is friendlier. :O <p>
