Getting better each time!
Pose:
Unless you were trying to copy directly from the base pic, then the pose is fine. Otherwise, Ayra looks more as if she's standing upright while the base pic seems more to be in a striking position. Try lowering the head to make it look like she's leaning forward and try to make the right arm and the left hand larger to give the illusion of depth, same goes with the leg. Of course, if you weren't going for a complete copy, then it's fine how it is. Perspective is pretty hard to nail down, anyway.
Anatomy:
It was sorta mentioned in the last section... The lower left arm and hand seem too small. Same goes with the right hand, seeing how it's suppoed to be pointed towards the viewer, it should be larger in perspective (damn ye, perspective!) The inner right leg (The area between the legs) seems unusually curved. It seems a bit too intense, but just add a bit more dark blue to the area to straighten it out. The leg might become a bit fatter, but it does seem kind of skinny.
Tip:
-An open palm, fingers unspread, should be able to cover the lips, nose, and one half of both eyes when placed right on the center of the face (Except in anime, where it may only cover one third to one fifth of the eyes.). Try using that as a kind of ruler when drawing.
Coloring:
I'm seeing definite improvement. You colored according to the shape of the body rather than the source of the light. Though the wrinkles in the clothing seem somewhat randomly drawn, they're reasonably placed. Don't worry about that, though, I still have problems with clothing folds.
You're definitely getting a better grasp of anatomy, and your coloring is getting better with every pic. And that's a really nifty way to use gradients in a background! Keep it up!
