Wow. And I begin with critiques first!

I still likies, though I think her hands are a wee bit undersized. Her left elbow (HER left) is rather sharp, and her feet look... odd? Not very well defined.

HOWEVER! I love her waist, the way you've shown definition about the shoulders and neck. The folds and drapes of her skirt are also nice, and overall she is SHIZZY!

Starting from the top:

When drawing heads draw a circle for the skull first draw a line down the middle depending which way her head is turned. This is the imaginary line that cuts your nose in half. :O The drawn another line, equator like, going a across the the eyes. This will be approximately where the middle of the eyes will lay or the bottom. depending on preference. This will also help you place the hair line and crown. Right now Siz is slightly lacking a forehead.

You're good with math so this will make sense,draw two lines tangent with the circles bottom sides to represent the chin. Right now Siz's cheek comes out too far.
