Alonso was never supposed to go into the military. He had humble origins, being a tailor’s son in the city of Blizzardia. Always being the quiet and thoughtful type, he usually preferred escaping into his own observances as opposed to getting involved with his peers and the general “fighting spirit†of his countrymen.
However, things changed one day when he was nearly sixteen. His older brother Antonio had joined the military a few years earlier, and when Vaniyakna came to power, he managed to become one of the first Black Soul Knights. However, tragedy struck, as the young man died in a conflict against a group plotting against the state.
While he had mourned with the rest of his family, the death gave Alonso a sort of…purpose. Despite his subdued exterior, he always had a longing for glory, an urge to do something important. Now that Antonio had fallen, it was his turn to take up the cause. A little over a year had passed, when Alonso had made his final decision- he joined the military when he was about seventeen years old, despite the wishes of most of his family.
In the army, Alonso flourished. While he was mocked for it during his childhood, his intelligence and keen insight was highly valued. The more skilled he became, the higher he moved amongst the ranks of the military. Noticing his wits and his potential skill for strategy, his general recommended him to Vaniyakna to become a Black Soul Knight. As a result of his hard work, competence, and the reputation of his brother, he was quickly accepted. While his plans for the future are a bit unclear, his path under Vaniyakna seems fairly steady for now.

Back to Back (Swords = 6; 4 TP) - Allows one additional attack (of any type) this round.
Bonk (Improvisational Weaponry = 2, Weapon Skill = 4 TP3): Alonso takes the butt of his firearm or his sword, and hits someone in the back of the head with it. The tech is a light, Improv Weaponry attack, and it deals 1.5 light damage. The target is stunned for 5 - Sta rounds; on a crit, the target is knocked completely unconcious. Helmets nullify the tech.
Can Opener (Chink Detection=4, Observation =2 TP4) Using Chink Detection and other skills, the character spends a turn disabling an opponent's armor. On a successful attack, roll Alonso's Dex+AT+d20 vs. Agi+PA+d20 for the target. If Alonso succeeds, the target's AC is lowered by 1d8 points, and normal damage is inflicted. If it fails, the victim takes normal damage. An observation check may be required (GM's ruling).
Disarm (Combat Strategy = 4, Swords = 5 TP4) : Alonso attempts to disarm an enemy of his/her weapon, if applicable. Opposing rolls are made, pitting Alonso's Sword vs the enemy's Dex. On a successful roll, the weapon is disarmed. On a critical success, not only is the weapon disarmed, but the person's hand/arm is now injured.
Dodge+Counter (Parrying=2 Sword=2 TP2): Thanks to training, Alonso is talented at, well, dodging and countering. Adds +2 to PA for this round, and +2 AT for next round. The bonus will not come into effect until physically attacked.
Double Shot: (Chink Detection=4, Observation =4, Firearms = 4 TP = 5) Fires two shots at an opponent. The first shot follows normal rules for combat. If it's successful, the roll for the second shot includes ranks in Chink Detection as a bonus. If it hits, ignore the target's AC completely when calculating damage for the second shot. If the first shot is unsuccessful, though, the second shot follows normal rules.
Lead (Chink Detection=3, Combat Strategy=4, Observant=2 TP6): A turn is sacrificed on Alonso’s part, so he can help guide his allies in combat. Only successful if others decide to follow. The turn is sacrificed to observe enemy/ies, resulting in a boost to AT/PA, Evasion, and Mres equal to Combat Strategy ranks/2 for his allies. May observe one target for every two ranks of Observant. Requires successful intuition rolls for each benefactor. Speedy enemies may be able to adjust their tactics to counter (GM Discretion)
Stealth Blade (Stealth=6, Swords=6 TP = 4) Provided that the circumstances are right (such as an enemy being distracted), Alonso rolls a Stealth check verses the target's Int. If he succeeds, he adds a bonus equal to Stealth/2 (round down) to his attack roll.
Steel Filibuster (Parry=2, Observation=4, Chink Detection=2. TP6): Helps improve Alonso’s parry until he can find a weakness in their opponent’s attack. One turn is focused on defensive action for an improved attack next turn. Weapon Parrying is addded to his base PA for as long as he's defending. Each round he's defending he makes an observation roll vs the targets level*2 + 10. On his next attack, he gets a bonus of however much he passed/2 (ex: if he succeeded by 14, he'd get a +7 bonus).
Stone Face (Innate TP2): Alonso is surprisingly calm and collected, and has a talent for hiding his emotions. As a result, he can get a bonus to bluff and intimidate rolls, if it’s applicable to the situation (for example, hiding ones fear as opposed to selling a fabulous used car). The bonus is equal to Charisma/2 (round up)

1) The sheet has incorporated changes from the PS revision thread. I have a copy of the previous sheet on my computer, though, should a GM be running an RP that doesn't take these cahnges into account.
2) The techs have been revamped with the help of Jak, since some of them were pretty wonky.
3) Stats for a new weapon Alonso gained from one of Kelne's RPs has been added.
4) More EXP has been added.
