He then crossed his legs and arms and looked straight at the front of the classroom.

Bunny hoped down and walked over to Dae.

"Ok, I'll stay. Cuz if leaving is bad, then I suppose we need to stay to be good?"

"Dae lets pway a game!" Bunny said jumping up and down and laughing. "I don't care what I wana play!"

Bunny smiled.

"Ok Ill go." She turned to Dae. "You'd have lotsa fun. I know lots of Friends in the forest."

She hoped onto the window and giggled as held out her hand to help someone up.

"Uh, by the way, what dose it mean to be in trouble?"

"You're in trouble when the teacher pulls your ear and says, 'I've had enough of you, young man' and puts you in the corner to think about what you've done.

"At least, that's what my cousin Prevvy says..."

Now that Dae thought of it, he didn't really know what being in trouble meant. Maybe it wasn't important...

Nori was still drawing peacefully until she noticed something. One, the room smeeled a bit more like outside, more breezy... and the window was open!

She did what most would do in her place- the little nekojin set down her art supplies and dashed to the window.

"I wanna go ou'side too."

Nori could see, through the window, a little, robed dragonhalf running in circles around a tree.

She looked over at Nori, and when their eyes met, her face brightened and a smile broke across her face. "Ah'ma gonna climb it!" she told Nori, before turning to consider the tree itself.

Her self-appointed task seemed a little...daunting.

Nori clambered out the window like the catgirl she was and skipped over to Dia.

"You awe? I can cwimb, too." She smiled, looking up at the tree. The height dizzied her.

I'm not gonna be 'fwaid of heights... but da twee top does look weally faw up...

"Awe you suwe you can cwimb dat high? Wook, it's eben touching a cwoud, see?" She pointed to the top of the tree, which did indeed seem to be touching a cloud, but only from the angle they were at.

"Yeah!" Rydia exclaimed. "Ah love climbin' trees!" She looked up as Nori pointed, then nodded to herself, like she often saw her father do. Grabbing ahold of a lower branch, she began to haul, drag, and climb her way up the tree.

Several feet into the tree, she sat down on a limb and looked back down at Nori. "Ye gonna climb up, too? What's yer name?"

Bunny giggled and leaped from the window.

She smiled and ran towards Rydia.

"Yay!" She said and leapt up to the first branch and gigged.

"I'm going to call my friend's." She said leaping up to another branch.

Daenj'r slowly looked out the window at the other kids. They were having lots of fun.

Then he looked at Ms Grumps. Or rather the book covering her face.

Outside... Grumps. Outside... Grumps. Outside... outside... outside... OUTSIDE!

Daenj'r ran up to the window and scrambled out.

I can be like my daddy tomorrow... ^_^

Bunny saw that Dae was running towards him, she smiled as she leapt from the branch to the ground and ran towards him.

"Yay Dae has come to Pway!" She shouted as she tackeled him to the ground playfuly.

Bunny ran towards the tree and jumped to the first branch, then the second and then the third. All the way up till she passed Rydia and Mitsune.

"He he." She laughed landing on a large branch and smiling.

She began to tweet like a bird and flap her arms. As she did a small bluebird landed on the branch that Rydai was on.

"He he," Bunny said holding out her finger. A small yellow bird landed on it and as it did three other birds landed around them, one near Mitsune.

"Rainbow birds are fun to play with." Bunny said with a grin.

She proceeded to work her way up the tree close behind Dia, careful not to look down.

Meanwhile, Dae was chasing Bunny, but his chubby little legs didn't go too fast. This had always been the case. Even his baby sister crawled faster than him.

I'm never fast, he whined to himself...

Bunny looked down at dae and smiled.

"I'll help!" She called and then stuck her fingers in her mouth and let louse a ear piercing whistle.

Suddenly a large black bird swooped down and landed next to Dae.

"He can help you up if you want!" She called. The large bird screeched loudly and bowed its head down to Dae. "Go on hope on his Beak."

Seryntas was having trouble. He tried to climb up to the window, but found his heavy armor and bulky gauntlets unsuited for the task. "Saw'kir!" he whispered. Sarakir looked up from his drawing (he had gotten bored of eating paste) and walked over to Seryntas.
"Yeah?"
"Gimme a boost."
"Are you ethcaping?"
Seryntas nodded. Sarakir, normally completely opposed to anything that Seryntas wanted to do by the sole factor of Seryntas wanting to do it, saw much promise in the plan. He boosted his twin to the window, and had Seryntas pull him up. The two jumped onto the grass. Seryntas went to join his friends and Sarakir went to poke things with sticks.

"I'm Misune! My mommy made me an my brodder come here cause she helped my daddy wiff his adventures.". By now Misune was quite high in the tree, alongside Dia, but as soon as she saw how many kids came out, she jumped down and let herself float lightly to the ground. " Do ya like my yittle twick Dia? If you wanna I can helpo you get down dat way too!"

Dia looked down as Misune drifted to the ground and her eyes widened. "Uh...uh..." she stuttered, suddenly grabbing the tree trunk and hugging it closely. "Uh...uh..." For a moment that was all she could say. Then, finally, she managed to squeak out, "Ah'mma afraid of heights..."

Bunny hoped down to the branch Dia was at and stared at her for a moment.

"But you gots wings?" Bunny said. "I know I'll help you down. My friend can help you down." Bunny said looking at the large bird who had leaned down to Dae. It cooed at him playfully.

Bunny tugged at Dias wings and smiled.

"I wish I had wings. Your wings are pretty. . .like a dragons."

Bunny bounced on the branch again and leapt to the one below it.

"Come on. I'll catch you." Bunny said with a grin.

"Da says Ah'm too little an' that's why I cain't fly..." Dia mumbled looking down at the tree branches. Carefully and slowly, she put a foot down on a lower branch, and eased herself down.

The large bird leaned into Dae's hand and cooed calmly as bunny ran up to them.

It screeched at her and flufed its wings.

"Yeah, he is nice isn't he. This is my frind Dae."

Bunny looked back.

"He is my Mama's frind." She sid with a grin. "He lives up in the mountains."

Bunnyes ears twiched.

"He says he likes you Dae."

"Oooooo! In da mouwntains! Coowl!" Nori was enjoying herself this morning. Monster turtles, big birdies, a bunch of friends, and places to draw... Her thoughts whirled in excitement.

I wonda if aww kiwdewgawten wiww be wike dis? I hope so... Nori thought with a smile.

Dae was amazed. He slowly started stroking the big bird's beak.

"His name's Ki," Bunny said hugging one of the birds big legs. It lifted it up and looked at her.

"My mom told him to bring me to school, because I needed. . uh . .something .. oh I forget." She jumped off his foot and landed on her rump laughing. "He he."

Ki spread his wings out and flapped them a few times, causing a gust of wind to bow down on the children.

"Ok Ill tell them." Bunny said standing. "Ki said that we shouldn't go any further than the school because he knows the teacher lady will freak out or something. Oh and he said thank you to Nori and Dae."
