The Town tries something new...

Postby Ash Fanrico » Tue Mar 16, 2004 4:47 am

A silence grew over the group as they continued on their way. The feeling of being watched was constant, you couldn't see anything in this fog, but the feeling was there.

Accompanying the screams along the winds now were whispers. Incoherent and menacing ones, some with only a few recognizeable words that popped up in between the mad babbling. Common, Valthi, Demonic, Offworlder Tongues, Nekonian, Dwarvish, Inustani, it was all there.

Then came a dark and deep voice from within the wind, cutting through the whispers like a knife. Everyone in the party could hear it, this entity wasn't going for exclusiveness. "Won't you JOIN US?? There's always room in the Conversation. WE HAVE SO MUCH TO SAY!!!! SUCH WONDROUS SIGHTS TO SHOW!!!" it said, taunting them from within the deep fog, laughing maniacly upon finishing it's piece.

Then the fog seemed to clear... no... seemed to be pushed aside, revealing something to the group.

To each member it was a different vision. To each one it was equally convincing.

To Astrynax, it was the accursed moogle himself... End. Looking very disappointed.
To Kilisha, it was her own brother, Tairn. The one she had accidentally killed years ago. He even had an arrow sticking out of his throat.
To Duile, it was his human father. Looking quite agitated.
To Bunny, it was a wounded wolf. One that looked like the very same wolf she had tried to bring into the group. It looked like it was covered in severe wounds.

(OOC: This is gonna get very personal for some of the characters here, cutting it really deep.)

Astrynax
"You stupid fool... you haven't learned ANYTHING have you? Still having those thoughts and urges aren't we Astrynax? I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY ENLIL TRIED TO HELP AN IDIOT SUCH AS YOURSELF!!!" said the diminutive moogle-dragoon, pointing an accusing finger at the mage.

Kilisha
"Recognize your handiwork you stupid bitch?" asked Kilisha's brother, his voice seething. All while saying this, black ooze dripped down from the wound in his neck.

Duile
"You worthless pathetic ingrate! Here you are off doing shit work AGAIN!!!! This is what you wanted to do so much with your life Duile? THIS of all things was better than being apart of the Doman Military? You're a disgrace... a mistake that I wish I had never made!" growled his father, looking down upon his son, as if he were still a child.

"Dad?" asked the Half-Elf, his usually stern face fading into a look of absolute confusion and a bit of pain.

"Don't you DAD me... you're becoming more and more of a worthless investment BY... THE... DAY!! I don't even know how your whore of a mother could've given her ok on this line of work. Stupid elven bitch never knew what a REAL job was!!" snapped back his father... getting more and more enraged by the minute.

Duile tried to respond... but was choked back by fear. "N... N.... No!! That's not true!" he said finally getting enough courage to respond.

Bunny
The wolf gets up and whines towards her, pleading for help. Standing is an obvious task for it, as the canine's left leg is severly bloodied and appears broken. As if it had fallen into a hunter's trap. It's eyes pleading to Bunny... wanting help...

(Yeah... this is gonna be pretty interesting...)

"Oh no hes hurt so badly." Bunny said stepping forward anger swelling in her. "Foolish hunters!!" She shouted angrily her eyes glowing green. Her horn glowed violently as her hands clenched.

>I will help you I promise.< Bunny said in her strange language. She ran forward to the wolf and leaned down. >I promise to make them pay, who did this to you?< She wiped her eyes as she reached a hand towards the wolf.

>Just tell me who it was, I will make sure to scare them off."

Kilisha stared at her brother in shock. She didn't understand this. Had Tairn been... damned? The moment she thought it, her stomach knotted with a sudden fear, like she had only felt once before. She had felt it when she saw the arrow pierce his throat. But now it was worse. She was now realizing that she hadn't only killed her brother. She had sent him to Hell. The one who she loved the most in the world... would suffer... and... hate her... forever, because... she was a stupid bitch.

"Tairn... I'm... I'm so... sorry," she said in a small, sad voice, eyes now filling with tears. "Oh gods... I'm... so sorry."

Bunny
<You Smell of them!!!> it growled in anger towards Bunny, as it hobbled back from her. <You smell of them!!!>

Kilisha
"Sorry? Think that's gonna fix THIS?" hissed Tairn as he pointed at the arrow.

"My life since that day has been torturous!!! You've condemned me Lisha!!! Condemned me for all eternity." he replied... confirming her fears.

Astrynax
"Have you nothing to say Astrynax?" asked the moogle.

Astrynax paused briefly, somewhat taken aback. However, the words and the tone were totally off.. his suspicions were up..

He briefly chuckled before confronting 'End'. "So, Moogle, did we let ourselves become controlled once again? Or did you fall out of Heaven by accident? You SHOULD be dead, after all." The Mage smirked deeply. "And what are you doing in THIS town, of all places?"

Tairn's words tore through Kilisha's heart. The succubus hung her head and closed her eyes as her tears began to run down her face.

"I didn't... mean to," she sobbed, now feeling worse than she could ever remember feeling.

Failing and Succeeding at the same time

Postby Ash Fanrico » Thu Mar 18, 2004 5:38 am

Astrynax
"Don't try changing the subject now!!! This is not about me... but you ya stupid sonuvabitch!" said the dragoon-moogle, lifting his hand up slightly. The all too familiar form, a solid form ending in a sharp point. The moogle had somehow drawn a dagger. Now while it wasn't doubtful that the moogle knew how to use a dagger... it was a far cry from the spears his types usually weilded.

"I'm gonna do what I should have originally done in the first place. I should've finished you when I had the chance... I aim now to rectify that mistake." hissed the moogle as it trembled, his grip tightening on the handle.

Kilisha
"Oh? You didn't mean to? What? That's supposed to make it ALL BETTER now Lisha? You were better off aiming that stinking arrow at yourself! You obviously hesitated too long, which that sonuvabitch capatilized on! As far as I'm concerned... you deserve what's happened to yourself. You make a better succubus whore than a hunter." sneered Tairn.

"You've probably stolen lots of souls since becoming what you are... don't surprise me... you're well versed in it!" snapped "Tairn", ooze dripping more out of his neck.

"Anything to say Kilisha? Any defense you might have to what I am saying?" asked Tairn as he folded his arms.

Duile
"Oh really? Do you even know what is true anymore son? You're gone from the house so much... I'm surprised you even have any idea what goes on back at home now. Your mother was a nympho bitch of an elf. Ready to have a go at whoever she could get her hands on. Men... Women... it didn't matter. Nor did their race matter either. She even went down on stinkin' orcs. When it was my turn... it just happened to pass that she got pregnant on MY turn. So what have you got to say to that?" asked Duile's "Father" as he grinned.

Duile staggered back, his father's words stinging him deeply. Why is he saying these things? What is he doing here? He's not dead yet.

"Course I'm not surprised by all of this. Your stupid grandfather probably fed you all sorts of LIES about your mother. Probably made her out to be some sort of angel. You can never trust elves... they tend to be out of touch with reality. No concept of loss... or hardships, alien concepts to them. So it comes as no surprise when news of your mother's 'habits' reached his pointy ears... he made sure that it never became widely known. Such arrogance!!" said this apparition as it laughed.

Bunny
<You stink like human... you probably been around them too long.> growled the wolf as it continued to back away from her.

<You befriend them too... like the three here. You've turned your back on us! I don't want help from TRAITOR!!> snarled the canine as it backed up.

>No. . .no they arn't bad.< Bunny said looking over her shoulder at the others.

>I thought. . .< she said with tears in her eyes. >I thought that if. . .I saved the children that their father would keep hunters from the forest.. . .that maybe. .. it'd be safe.<

Bunny huged her arms as her horn kept glowing. Her eyes opened wide as she stared at the wolf, tears on her cheeks. She stared down at her flute and shook her head.

>Please. . .I know you hate me now! But let me heal you!< She said walking towards the wolf. >I'm not magical like the others, but I know how to heal animals and monsters good. Please let me heal you.< She said again reaching out to the wolf.

Defend... herself? Kilisha thought about that question.

"Why... should I?" she finally asked? "If you have been... damned... all I can do... is say goodbye."

She reached up and wiped her eyes.

"I am... sorry," she said again. "Right now... I feel... worse than I have... ever felt. But I know... that... nothing I say to you... can do any good. You just want... to hurt me."

Astrynax laughed. It felt good to laugh. Almost insane, but not quite.

"Your attitude's quite snippy, Moogle! 'Doesn't matter'?! How suspicious! Almost as if you were trying to hide something!"

His smirk faded and his eyes narrowed. "Whether you've been controlled.. or whether you're merely an apparition of the town.."

He raised both arms. "EITHER WAY.. I will strike you down should you continue to threaten me. While we may have yet to settle a decent bout, now is not the time or place."

His palms stretched. "Make up your mind, whether you're a Moogle or a shadow being.."

Some chinks in the armor...

Postby Ash Fanrico » Sat Mar 20, 2004 5:29 am

Astrynax
The creature posing as End growled as it raised the dagger in it's hand. "Damn human!!" it hissed as it leaped towards the mage, dagger poised to strike.

*Battle!!!*
(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 13)

The now demonic moogle streaks passed the mage, slicing at him with the dagger. While not getting any major hits on it's opponent, the little bastard managed to score a deep gash on the magic user's left shoulder. Landing on the ground, the infernal beast licked the blood off the blade and stood ready for another attack.

Bunny
The wolf continued to growl <Don't come near me!> as it rose up to it's feet. It's bloodied muzzle only accented it's rage more as it showed its sharp teeth to Bunny... daring her to come closer.

Kilisha
"Nothing to say huh? Nothing to defend your past actions... how so like you Kilisha. See quick to please... that's so pathetic. I have no idea why Selnu didn't just kill you right then and there when he had the chance. You were a terrible hunter, but you make an even worse succubus." sneered "Tairn" as he walked up closer to his sister.

Duile
The apparition continued to laugh as Duile stood there. His hands clenched into fists as the half-elf grit his teeth. "Stop it." he ordered.

"Oh I think not my boy. I'm enjoying myself too much to stop. Besides... what are you going to do about it? Strike down your own father?" asked the apparition.

Duile's eyes became slits as his breathing quickened. "You can't be my father... no... you're not my father. Why would he say such things about the woman he loves? Do you even know how they even got together... imposter?" asked Coppermirth.

"DON'T SPEAK THAT WAY TO ME BOY!!! I'm your FATHER for crying out loud!!!" replied the apparition.

"Answer the question asshole... how did you and mother meet?" asked Duile, standing his ground.

Kilisha quickly took the bow from her back and aimed an arrow at her brother. She didn't like him approaching her like he was. Not at all.

"Don't come any--" she began, meaning to finish with "closer."

But she decided against giving him the benefit of the doubt. Better safe than sorry. She let the arrow fly.

Bunny froze for a moment. She stood staring at the wolf and then frowned.

>You didn't call them?< She said flatly. >Why, why didn't you call your clan to help? Wolfs aways do that.< She said sadly. Her heart ached for the wolf, but something was telling her other things.

"Ha! Stupid town! You're going to have to do better than a piss-poor imitation of the Moogle!"

With that, Astrynax gathered a simple burst of elemental energy within both hands and released it, showering it down on the 'Moogle'.

He bore the attack little mind, content on oblitering this minor obstacle.

(OOC: I deeply apologize for the slowness in this response. Been very occupied as of lately.)

Kilisha

(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 18)

The arrow cut through the air, streaking towards its target.

A sickening puncture sound and there were now two arrows jutting out of "Tairn's" neck. The wicked apparition fell to the ground with a sound that could only be compared to that of a wet bag of sponges hitting a hard surface.

Bunny
<They... *momentary pause* killed my clan!!!> replied the "injured wolf".

Astrynax

(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 16)

The elemental energy struck the demonic moogle with impressive force indeed. Screaming like the true monster that it was... "End" fell over kicking and screaming from the intense pain. Half of it's fur had been burnt off by the attack. Still sizzling, the demonic apparition slowly stood up.

With heavy gasps of air, it stood defiant. "You'll... have to... do better.... than that... asshole." it hissed. In no real shape to be taking giant leaps, the creature chose then to throw the dagger at it's opponent. With a flash the apparition had it's weapon between two of it's fingers. Taking a small step back, the "moogle" whipped his hand forward, releasing the dagger into the air.

(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 12)

Twirling through the air, the sharp weapon struck the mage directly in the right arm.

Duile
Duile's "father" took a while to answer the question. "At a trade station in between Riva and Doma." he replied.

To this... Duile grinned. "That so? Well I'm now calling your bluff imposter! Whatever created you obviously probed my mind to find that supposed answer." said Duile as he walked towards his "father", spear-scythe ready in his hand.

"Su... Supposed?" asked the thing that was posing as Duile's father.

"I was suspicious of it at first... so I thought up a false answer. C'mon.... it's pretty obvious... why in the many levels of Hell would my father be HERE of all places? Second, why would he be here to taunt me with lies? It slowly began to add up... nice try though. This quickly sought out answer by whatever's pulling your strings... only made it that much more final." replied the half-elf... getting into a battle stance.

Before his eyes, his "father" transformed... no longer just Robert Coppermirth... but a demonic, and twisted image of him. "So you know the truth now... half-blood... it won't help you one bit though." replied the monstrosity.

"I'll be the judge of that." was all that came in the form of answer from Duile, as he snapped the scythe out of his spear.

Bunny stood up and lowered her head. Her hands were clenched so tightly that they shook.

"This. . .is . . .inexcusable. . ." She said in a dark voice that was very different from her care free one. "You lie.. . no wolf clan would. ..would allow themselves to be slaughtered. No. . .not at all." She said softly.

She looked up at the wolf her eyes narrowed and glowing.

"How dare you pretend!" She shouted, as she did her horn flashed. "I WILL PUNISH YOU !" She lifted her fists in front of her.

(ok she is so pissed off that she will call a aeon. Its up to you Ash but shes going to try and call Argigeon son of the moon. He is my protector summons.)

She slid her foot out her hood fell to the ground behind her as she tilted her head back. Her horn glowed even brighter as she dropped he hands behind her.

"Come down from your heights,
Son of the moon, child of the earth.
Argigeon! Come down and do my bidding!"

Bunny shouted dropping to her knees.

(He can only be used once, and its up to you ash. Bunny becomes immobile when hes in play though. If you don't mind I will rp my summons.)

SUPA BIG GMING POST!!!!11!!

Postby Ash Fanrico » Fri Mar 26, 2004 3:48 am

(OOC: Yes.)
*RP Back in Session*

Bunny
A bright flash (*noticeable to the others obviously*), lighting up a town that hasn't seen this type of thing in ages. All that lurks within the constant darkness scampers back into the depths of the shadows... startled by this sudden illumination.

The clouds above part, as an object descends upon the darkness. Blue Feathers falling from the heavens herald it's arrival, as a large creature lands next to the one who summoned it. From the beast's outward appearance, it would seem like nature has played another cruel joke... a twisted combination of an eagle, a lion and from the looks of it... a human. But it is not a joke... it is Argigeon... an Aeon, and his judgement has been evoked.

Astrynax
**Waiting for End to post now**

Kilisha
By this time... the spell that was over them had long since been broken. Kilisha could not see what her teammates were up against as well.

The Mage seemed to be currently in battle... fighting some sickly looking creature. From the looks of things... the mage has been more than holding his own.

The flash made the summoning obviously was what caught the succubus' attention, and now she realized what it was as Argigeon landed next to the usagijin.

The Half-Elf seemed to be occupied as well... with some human in front of him.

Needless to say... it looked very odd. But yet very appropriate for this place. But before she could decide on a plan of action and give those in her team some help... a hand grasped onto her leg.

Tairn, or the creature posing as him... wasn't finished. "Think it'd be THAT easy bitch?" asked the imposter, as it's appearance changed. Tairn's likeness was being reformed... contorted, and pulled in all directions till it stopped. What lay there at her feet was anything BUT her dead brother. What lay at her feet was some kind of shadow demon... and it slowly got to it's feet.

Duile
"You disrespectful kurr!! What is the meaning of this? Have you gone mad son?" asked the apparition as Coppermirth approached.

"Don't you dare call me that... only my true father may call me his son. So might as well stop with the act now demon!" hissed Duile as he continued to advance.

"Fine... got tired of it anyway." retorted his 'father' as it reached behind itself.

"You're not the only one who wields a scythe BOY." it added as a skeletal object was brought forth. Whatever was used for the creation of this weapon... it didn't look pleasant. Bones, ones that were once arms and legs, made up the staff part of this monstrosity's implement of violence. A screaming skull, contorted in the last throughs of pain, stood at the top of this, with a large scythe blade jutted out the side. Duile could only wonder if the victim was still alive when that was taking place.

Taking a stance that was a mirror of the half-elf's, the creature posing as his father stood... looking quite confident. "En guard!" it cackled as the two raised their weapons...

Argigeon brought his arms down to his side and stared at the wolf. His red eyes narrowed as he walked to where Bunny had fallen into her Summoners trance.

"My mistress has called me once again." He said smiling slightly. "Oh, pity for you, if any would give it, thou hast brought upon this world the wrath of the very son of Grear's gods." He gently touched Bunny's shoulder, and guided her down to the ground to lay.

"Foolish, though she is, my Mistress is she." He stood again and looked back at the wolf.

"Shed your costumed sharad lowly one, for I see you for what you are."

(ooc thanks I have been wanting to try him out. Hes a once a time summons so after this battel he won't be coming back into this rp.)

That thing was a demon? Kilisha thought. And that means... that it's probably not even Tairn.

"Bastard!" Kilisha suddenly shouted as her mood shifted from grieved and heartbroken to deeply angered. She sent a kick at the demon's face as the creature rose.

GMing Decisions are made

Postby Ash Fanrico » Wed Mar 31, 2004 2:27 pm

Astrynax
Grasping his arm in pain, Astrynax fell onto one knee. For this wound in his arm, the demon shall pay dearly. Yes, he'll make this pitiful imitation wish it hadn't come across him.

As he began to mount a counter to the creatures attack, Astrynax suddenly felt strange. Vision became blurred, and a dizzyness set in. The mage could hardly focus on the demonic apparition of the cursed moogle. Then the blurred vision took on a tint of blue-ish purple, making it even more hard to concentrate.

Being the smart and intelligent type that he is, Astrynax immediately guessed what was causing it... the dagger that was in his arm. Cursing as his hand grasped the damned thing, the mage ripped it out of his arm. A loud groan escaped his mouth. Now the dizzyness intensified, and poor Astrynax couldn't move too well.

"Whassa matta mage? Feeling... funny?" asked the demonic moogle as it walked towards him, chuckling as he approached.

Clenching his teeth together, Astrynax tried to focus his energies into one more attack... finish off this damned creature finally. But his arms wouldn't move properly, he was quickly losing control.

"Sorry I didn't tell ya sooner... but the dagger's laced with some pretty nasty toxins. Nothing fatal... you'll just be out for awhile... das all." taunted the apparition.

"Damn you." was all that escaped Astrynax's mouth before falling onto his back. The toxins took fool effect and soon... the mage's eyes shut.

The demonic representation of the moogle cackled with glee. "Yes... good night mage." as he kicked the unconscious body of Astrynax. Picking up it's dagger... the creature turned its attention towards the others.
(OOC: Till End returns, Astrynax is KO'ed)

Bunny
The wolf growled at Agrigeon, "Fine... I hated this form anyway."

The wolf's back legs began to expand, and muscles formed as this happened. It's hind feet widened and stretched forward... making them more appropriate for bipedal walking. The spinal chord twisted and contorted, which could be seen from under the furr. Soon, the wolf-creature was standing on it's hind legs, but the changing was not over.

Fur gave way to bare flesh in some spots on its body, namely the calves, hands, and the stomach area. It's front paws shook wildly as a thumb broke through the flesh, as the fingers extended outwards as well. Soon, it had a hand reminscient of a human's... only with claws and fur. It's arms too ripped and tore through the previous form, making them the proper arm length.

It's face contorted, as the bottom part of it's jaw was elongated, pulled out from under the top part of it's mouth. The bone structure in it's face realigned, taking on a more human appearance, with the eyes more in the middle of it's head, facing straight at Agrigeon. Laslty, it's ears curved back, no longer at the top of it's head, but at the sides.

The tail was the last to change. It too lengthened, and soon was six feet long. The fur on the tail turned into spikey quills, not unlike that of a porcupine. It was obvious that the creature had full control over this appendage as well.

"This feels... much better indeed. But it's the transformation part that's a bitch." chuckled the wolf-creature.

Stretching its back, the monstrosity looked at Agrigeon, "Now... where were we?"

Kilisha
(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 7)

Her rage blinding her, Kilisha's kick missed the intended target. But her "brother" was quick to counter as he attempted to grab her leg.

(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 13)

"Nice try there SISTER." it gloated as the creatured forcefully pulled the succubus off her feet, and threw her as it rose to it's own.

Kilisha crashed into the wall of a nearby abandoned blacksmith's shop. The demonic Tairn laughed at her predicament. "So sad to see you like this... my SISTER... but it looks like your dear, sweet, LOVING Brother... is going to have to fix things for you." sneered her "brother" as it approached her.

Duile
Sparks flew as the two scythes clashed.

"What's the matter son?" asked the demon, as it's face quickly returned to that of his father, "Afraid to hit dear old Dad?" it taunted.

His grip on the spear-scythe tightening, Duile spun around, bringing the scythe towards the monster's head.

(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 7)

The blade missed the apparition's head, and gave Duile's "Father" an opening to capitalize on.

(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 11)

Duile felt the wind knocked out of his as the top (non-sharp side) of the apparition's scythe struck him into the midsection, knocking the Half-Elf onto the ground.

"Pathetic... I mean really... letting rage dictate your moves." taunted the demon again as it moved in closer.

Kilisha sat up, then quickly loaded and fired another arrow at the demon.

Astrynax had been waiting for this, and he was not below striking at the back of an enemy that was interested only in his death.

Was he weakened? Coitanly. But was he out? Not at all. Not to this piss-poor imitation. This was not his rival.

He swiftly gathered a bolt of elemental energy together within his hands as he lay on the ground, letting as much light flow into the attack as he could..

And sprung up, aiming right towards the back of the head.

"HAHAHAHAHA.. idiot!"

And off went the attack.

demon moogle not stupid... he ride bus by choice.

Astrynax
(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 18)

The End Imposter didn't even have time to blink as the elemental + light energy blast surged over him. The fact that such an attack was also aimed directly at the back of it's head, further ruined any chances of survival.

The smell of burnt fur again permiated throughout the area, as all that remained now of the apparition were too little stumpy legs, burnt at the ends.

Kilisha
(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 14)

The arrow streaked across the air towards the target, hitting him square in the chest. Chuckling, the demon looked down at it... "Nice try there..." taunted the Tairn imposter as he ripped the arrow from his body, blood trailing behind it.

Not wasting a second, it through the arrow back at Kilisha.

(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 5)

The arrow hit the wall right next to the succubus' neck... it was off by only a few inches. But Kilisha realized what it had intended to do.

Agrigeon lifted his head slowly and laughed as he slid his large clawed foot forward.

"Scum looks like scum no matter what the form it takes." He says lifting his wings and smiling wickedly. His red eyes narrowed.

"Show respect to your better scum, and bow before me!" He bellowed and swung his wings forward and lifted off the ground. His wings out to his side. His body began to glow an early yellow as the moon apeared above.

"To all worthless humans within the sound of my voice," he said smiling. "Get down."

He swung his wings forward and shouting as he did (ooc Mighty moon Lunar shot his aeon attack. It looks as if the wind is glowing yellow and as he waves his arms forward moonlike blades fly out at the target.)

"Have you... no shame?" Kilisha asked the demon after glancing at the arrow.

She then heard a voice tell all the worthless humans within the sound of it to get down. Not believing that to be exactly the best option at the moment, she instead jumped up and made a run for the door of the blacksmith's shop whose wall she had just slammed into.

Astrynax ignored the voice and took a brief break, reflecting on how being poisoned sucked.

Duile was in no means to negotiate nor argue with the strange voice... he was already on the ground from his "father's" attack.

(Bunny, look for my post in the ooc forum)

Agrigeon (Bunny)

(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 3 Targets: The Father: 13 The Wolf: 18 The Brother: 12)

With a movement of his migthy wings, Agrigeon released multiple moon shaped blades at the surrounding demon apparitions. Though the other two weren't his targets, the magical projectiles zeroed in on them as well.

The Wolf-Demon was slaughtered, as he got the brunt of the attack. About four of the eight lunar shot blades tore into him, scoring multiple hits in the chest, neck, abdomen, and finally... in the face. The creature was dead before it hit the ground.

The Tairn-Demon was beset by two of the lunar shots, hitting him in the right arm and the shoulder. Screaming in pain, the Tairn-demon fell upon one knee, clutching his wounded arm.

The Demon posing as Duile's father got hit by the other two blades, in his left leg and arm. The attacks forced him back, knocking the scythe out of his hands. Paniced, he reached for his wounded arm.

Kilisha stopped her run before she reached the door, because there was obviously no reason to keep going. She turned around to face the demon again. Seeing that it had been injured by whatever that was that had just happened, she began another run back towards it which turned into a jumping front kick.

Agrigeon stood by Bunny his arms folded and his eyes watching the others. He grinned at the daemons.

He watched as the others stood their ground. He smirked as he folded his arms infront of him.

"Scum," he looked down at Bunny and sighed. "I don't know why you put yourself in such situations my Mistress." He paused for a moment, and shook his head. "Too kind, thats always been your cruse."

(OOC: My deepest apologies to those involved, school, house chores, and homework have been a bitch lately.)

Kilisha

(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 17)

The kick connected upon the demonic-apparition's chest with great force. Taking into consideration that he was already considerably weakened from Agrigeon's attack, landing a kick on him wasn't so hard at this point.

It sent "Tairn" sprawling onto the ground, the wounds recieved from the Lunar Shot attack only becoming worse upon impact with the hard surface. Groaning and desprately trying to get to his feet, the Imposter decided to stall for time.

His face took on a very familiar look, "Lisha... you wouldn't... hurt your... dear sweet brother now... would you?" he asked, gambling it all on the chance that this last ploy will work.

Duile
The "Father" Demon had little time to recover as Duile was already back on his feet, ready to attack.

Bringing the scythe end up above his head, Duile leaped forward, bringing the scythe down in an arcing motion.

(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 20 *o.o*)

Cleaving from left shoulder to under the right armpit, Duile literally cut apparition in two. The top part plopped onto the ground, as the bottom half soon followed. The demon's head was shaking... convulsing... as it felt itself die.

The last words it would heard came from the Half-Elf who slew it... "That's for impersonating my father you sonuvabitch."

(OOC: Again, sorry about that... I hope you'll all forgive me for being a little late with this one. Image )

Astrynax took some time out to do something.

He vomited.

Naturally, the poison made him feel ill and not at all well. This disagreed with his stomach, causing him to expunge the items that had been digesting.

Muttering angrily and wiping his mouth a bit, he turned back to the battle field, raised a hand, and aimed it at the 'brother' of the succubus.

"You have little ground to stand on, you know. Given that your ilk has been mocking our respective histories and exploiting our weaknesses. Bear this in mind as I *ack* .. excuse me, as you go back to Hell."

This little monologue stated, Astrynax gathered an elemental burst of energy within the opened palm, and sent it streaking towards the 'brother', hoping to end this and get another chance to sit the hell down.

(GMing Action: d20 Roll: 20 *Astrynax always gets the critical kills*)

The Tairn imposter should have spent it's time better... instead of lying there on the ground pleading to the succubus, he should've gotten to his feet. Not that it would've helped him, just that he wouldn't have made himself a sitting target for the mage.

The already weakened demonic apparition had no chance against this elemental attack. It hit him head on with the force of a charging bull, incinerating him in the process.

End of Battle

Duile clicked his scythe back into place, and walked over to the mage. Taking note of the magic-user's condition, he let out a frustrated sigh while moving a hand out to his poisoned teammate. "Need a hand there or are you content with lying in the dirt?" asked the Half-Elf.

Deep in his mind though... Duile couldn't help but wonder if his group is able to keep on going like this.

Agrigeon smirked as he stared at them.

"So, it seems that you do have some feeble talent." He said with a wide grin. "Will it be enough I wonder."

He turned and smiled down at Bunny.

"Till next time my Mistress." He said and raised his arms into the air. He diapered in a flash of light, leaving behind a few blue feathers that turned to dust as they touched the ground.

Bunny remained motionless.

Astrynax's response was abrupt and not at all sarcastic.

He simply collapsed, falling to the ground with a 'plomp'.

It wasn't the poison.. something else had taken him for the moment, and as a result, he was flat out.

The world faded within the Mage's mind..

Duile looked at the mage, unconscious on the ground. He turned to Bunny, to see what she thought of it... she was out too.

"Kilisha... you better not be unconscious too!" he called out as he turned to look at the succubus.

IM:Great... gonna have to carry some people... not even in a good enough shape for this shit.
