Seeing how his question had apparently been answered, Zukath got up and hurried over to Kelne, once again kneeling next to him.

However, what was different was that he actually put his left hand on Kelne, unlike he had done with Alash. "You okay there, sir?" Zukath asked, shaking Kelne slightly.

The nekojin shook. "Nation...Two...Ebalm...village..." He was deathly afraid of the six who were before him, who, in his mind, might as well have been the Grim Reapers themselves.

Damnit, the villagers aren't going to be _scared_ of us, forever. I thought you knew how mobs of people work!

He then looked at Nagan and says, "Shut yer bilge hole."

"Wha? What's wrong?" Alash's face suddenly turned quite ashen, and he quickly felt his face and back in a panic. Feeling nothing out-of-place, Alash looked at the other strange folks assembled around this Nekojin. No wonder.... 'e must think...

He looked around at the cloaked person... the odd bearded man... and all the others. Huh. Can't say I blame him. "Look, umm... sir... All I want to know is where this is. No need to call the guard or anything!!"

He then looks to Alash, and says, "Quite frankly, yer guess tis as good as mine. Because I'm tellin' ye, this ain't no doin' o' ours."

Nagan facepalmed, and turned to the unknown catman.
"Look. Fine. We don't have the slightest clue where we are. We're just as freaked as you are. Now, if any of my damn well friends could see me, I'd be laughed at so incredibly badly. ..."
He sighed.
"Now, look. We're not mages from here. Whatever the hell it is mages do around here, we probably don't do it. If it helps, just view us as being from very, very, far away. Okay?"

With that statement from Pervy, Alash found his headache quite great... mostly because he was HALF hoping that someone'd know how the hell he got here and get him out of it. "Dammit" he grumbled. "Why me?"

People used to his fiery temper might be surprised by this, but most Domans had not seen his earlier days, where being angry at the wrong time got one killed. He could control his temper, he just typically didn't.

However, it was quite clear that he was not going to budge at the moment.

People fear all sort of things it seems, even themselves.

Nameless shared the persons fear of mages, though perhaps not to the same degree, but it was pleasing in an odd way the it wasn't just him who was causing panic. This was a pointless situation however, and the people he was with seemed to be making it all worse.

Deciding to take matter to his own claws, Nameless turned and walked away from the group and set about looking around where he was. He kept away from doors and walls of houses, he didn't need any sneak attacks or screams of terrorfied families.

How odd that this has changed nothing for me...

Would he reconsise any landmarks? He doubted it as the people here were unfamilur to him but he looked anyway.

You know.... this is so suddenly familiar.... it reminds me of my exile.... But enough of that, someone's asking something of me.

Zukath looked up at Pervy's question.

"Yeah," Zukath responded, "I'm gonna come. As soon as I can get the attention of this one..." He was looking over Kelne, puzzled why he didn't get a response.

Then he promptly stood up and turned. "You know, I don't think I know any of you. I heard a couple names..." He pointed at Nagan. "Nagan...." Then he pointed directly at Pervy, his next comment attained from what he had heard. "Aliester.... Don't recognize anyone else."

Nameless couldn't see that much that was familiar. Besides having the little houses, there wasn't much to see. Although he could tell that this wasn't a prosperous region, because many houses were small, and the clothes on the villagers were ragged.

So he had no idea where he was. This wasn't as bad to him as it would be to others, as he had no general place he was aiming to be, however he didn't feel comfortable. He could have been thrown for so many miles that what he was searching for was no where around at all, or even written of.

Perhaps it had been too soon to leave the group? They still had the inventor of the device with them and he would, of all people, be able to sort this.

He had left them however, and they would no doubt try and ask him questions, so Nameless decided to lurk after them, keeping out of there sight but to follow them.

With this in mind, he headed off to where he had left them, doing his best not to be seen.

Alash took time to look around the billage to see if anyone ELSE had stayed outside when they showed up. Probably no one, he figured. But at least taking stock of where he was might help him get an idea of where to travel to. "Y'know... I usually LIKE travelin."

The captain could smell faint touches of teleportation magic, coupled with another odd scent. He couldn't place it, though. It had been too long since they had arrived, it seemed, and the magical traces had faded too much to be sensed.

Then again, he would hardly be tearing down the reputation of mages everywhere if he just bullied someone into giving him one. Kelne checked quickly to see if anyone was still close enough for him to accost them before they could run.
