Hey Avon people! (that's Nick Shogun and/or Kelne these days, ain't it?)

So, in the history descript of Avon, it talks about the previous inhabitants, the Jitsuko. For my purpsoses in the background of a nearby land where these people may have spread, I'd like to know what/who were they. If'n neither of you have specifics but would like to contribute ideas, please do so, because if it's not set in canon then I'mma make something up, like as not.
