Which Chip will Reign Supreme

Unread postby Nekogami » Wed Mar 14, 2007 8:07 pm

I have too many favorites personally but I've just discovered Grippo's BBQ chip so my vote will go to them.

Edit: They're called CHIPS!! Not...crisps...unless you're talking about Pringles. *sticks her tongue out at England...read Alex*

...I would say Wasabi-Shrimp flavored but that's not available. I went with the next closest thing: Sour Cream and Onion. They also involve green plant-like objects.

If they're fried in fish oil instead of whatever miscellaneous animal fat Americans use, they automatically become chips to me because they're clearly intended for a partnership with fish.

However, if it's not fishy, it's not a chip to me. It's a fry.

What if it's a chip-style potato product fried in fish oil? What would you call that? :D

I refuse to call crisps "chips". Ever.

I refuse to call what we call Chips as Fries.

I have no problem calling the crap Kentucky or MacDonalds serve as French Fries as they are clearly a inferior product and totally garbage, so I prefure them not sullying the good name of Chips.

I do like plain chips... but sour cream and onion I used to devour as a kid, so they still have a place in my stomach of stomachs. *pat pat*

Sour Cream & Onion will always be on the top of my list.

BBQ comes in a close second.. Well, depends on the flavor of the BBQ.

The right one is winning.

And the correct term is chips. Keep your bloody limey words to yourselves, ye oppressors of my ancestors! *Shakes fist*
