I can think of two things off the top of my head that seems off =D Go me.

Her sholder, the one we see, seems too UP there. Taking from where you did the line, her sholder is resting above her ear - which makes her breats/body seem off and just means it isn't resting on the bed at all but up in the air.

This may just be me but her head seems a little big for the body.. or maybe the face part of it - or something else but something seems a little off.

However:

The pose is cool, the dog is bloody fantastic, the way you done the hair shading is pretty neat. I'll say this though: Don't be afraid to make the beds lines of the folds go more then a cm. They can stretch all across the ebd so do't be afraid to try and do it.

Oh yeah: Its a pretty damn sexy picture to.

Awesome. :D You've done a good job CGing the hair and especially the fur on her arms and the pup. Expression is priceless. Fingers seem a bit too big but otherwise the anatomy is seemless. Folds on the bedsheets are spiffy. Overall scene is amusing and pleases the Dia. You get one (1x) crate of cookies! <p>

Ok first the positives. That pose is wonderful, very very sexy. But also kinda coy. That dog looks so cute. I love this pic

The only thing I can think to sugest for improvemnt is that the bed looks to big on the top. Other than that I have no further sugestions.
