A highly anticipated question...

Unread postby spriteeditor » Tue Jun 08, 2004 4:23 pm

<FONT FACE="Verdana,Arial" SIZE=2>...deserves a not-so-highly anticipated poll! What next gen system are you excited about? Please list your choice and reason. I, for one, am waiting for the DS, but that's only because I'm a silly fanboy of Nintendo. >:b</FONT><FORM method=post action="http://p068.ezboard.com/frpgww60462frm11.processVote?topicID=722.topic"><table border=0 cellpadding=3 cellspacing=0 width="55%"><tbody><tr><td><input type="radio" name="choice" value="1"><FONT FACE="Verdana,Arial" SIZE=2>Playstation 3</FONT></td></tr><tr><td><input type="radio" name="choice" value="2"><FONT FACE="Verdana,Arial" SIZE=2>Playstation Portable</FONT></td></tr><tr><td><input type="radio" name="choice" value="3"><FONT FACE="Verdana,Arial" SIZE=2>XBox 2</FONT></td></tr><tr><td><input type="radio" name="choice" value="4"><FONT FACE="Verdana,Arial" SIZE=2>Nintendo DS</FONT></td></tr></tbody></table><P><input type=submit value="Vote"></form>Show results</FONT>

None, because it's a silly thing to get excited over. Seems that you forgot a choice on the poll! <p>

Yeah, like "The cheaper one" option. Or the "I VOTED 5!" option.

What about the Phantom? It never gets any love :(

Also: Am I the only person who's really pissed off by the fact that noone other than Nintendo, Sega, and random companies that try to break into the market but ultimately fail miserably actually bothers to try to come up with interesting names for their next-gen hardware?

Also: the DS <p><div style="text-align:center">Image</div></p>Edited by: [url=http://p068.ezboard.com/brpgww60462.showUserPublicProfile?gid=brainwalker>BrainWalker</A]&nbsp; Image at: 6/8/04 6:47 pm

I want a PS3, but only if it actually plays all my damn PSX and PS2 games without being bitchy, unlike my current PS2. <p>

I wanna vote for 2. The PSP and the DS look great. Although, my Nintendo fanboyism makes me slightly rabid for the DS. I just hope, like everyone else, that they steer clear of Virtual Boy territory by not making it too gimmicky. <p>--------------------

Not excited, but I'll likely be picking up the PS3 next, as that's what the next Silent Hill titles will be released on.

Sorry, forgot the Phantom, my bad. And I also forgot options 'undecided' or 'not going to get a next gen system.' Well, just say if your one of those three options :b

Heh, I'd probably... get none of them. I'll stick to my good old computer. <p>_____________

Playstation 3, as I'm a Square-Enix whore.

Of course, that all may change if Sony make it some sort of multimedia entertainment centre that costs 1000's of dollars as some rumours tell. Just look at that PSP! Movies on a handheld that only has a couple of hours of play? WHAT THE HELL? <p>-----------------------------------------------------

None, since I haven't heard anything about what games each will have! That, and I'm not big on handheld systems.

Allow me to point out three things about this topic, for Xaq's benefit.

Topic starter: spriteeditor
Concept: OMG WHICH CONSOLE IS BEST LOL!?
Last post before unnecessary revival: Over two weeks ago

Verdict: *smacks Xaq upside the head* <p><div style="text-align:center">Image</div></p>

It's not Directly his fault... someone could have voted on the poll to bump it.

This is also true.

If that is the case, then my previous Xaq-oriented commentary should be redirected to the bastard who voted on this old thing. <p><div style="text-align:center">Image</div></p>
