thread for gamertags / wiiIDs / wi-fi IDs / and so on

Unread postby pd Rydia » Mon Oct 01, 2007 12:25 pm

So over at this thread, I wondered that maybe we should have a thread/wikipage for collecting the RPGWWer IDs for the various online services offered by [s]our corporate masters[/s] Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony, and whoever else. So, here's the followup of that.

All you need to do is, if you want to share your IDs, post the relevant IDs in this thread. Sometime after you post, I'll update the list.

The Glorious Condo's Wii code: 2819-7487-1995-9717
"You haven't told me what I'm looking for."
"Anything that might be of interest to Slitscan. Which is to say, anything that might be of interest to Slitscan's audience. Which is best visualized as a vicious, lazy, profoundly ignorant, perpetually hungry organism craving the warm god-flesh of the anointed. Personally I like to imagine something the size of a baby hippo, the color of a week-old boiled potato, that lives by itself, in the dark, in a double-wide on the outskirts of Topeka. It's covered with eyes and it sweats constantly. The sweat runs into those eyes and makes them sting. It has no mouth, Laney, no genitals, and can only express its mute extremes of murderous rage and infantile desire by changing the channels on a universal remote. Or by voting in presidential elections."

Is that right, Phil? Is your console code only 12 digits long? I thought they were supposed to be 16 digits.

My Wii is downstairs at the moment so I can't check my Wii code (at least, not without more effort than I'm willing to expend), but anyone who has me registered should be able to look in their address book and find it.

Really? That's odd. I was pretty sure you could check that sort of thing. Maybe not once the connection is established...

I may have to abandon my characteristic laziness this weekend, then.

The wii code for the Brian/Kai/Flameraven household is:

4245 8786 5192 3971

It's FlameRaven's wii, but I don't think she's going to mind my posting it.

I think that's all I have that has codes. Everything else I have is ad hoc or single card play.

...I have no new fangled "xbox" or "ps3", and since my computer is in severe need of an overhaul, no internet playing against me unless you want some sweet sweet Star Craft action.

So what with the recent hard drive upgrade and price drop for the X360, it's looking incredibly likely that I will be picking one up this weekend.

I don't think I'll be getting Live Gold, but my gamertag is Brainwalkr. Like, without that last e. Some other Brainwalker already has it spelled properly :(

Also, it bears mention that the Reako on XBL is not our Reako. Unless our Reako has suddenly taken up games like WWE: Smackdown and Rumble Roses and Halo 3.

Also also, I'm on XBL, and my tag is "Kaisharga". Silver only, because why the hell can't I pay for Gold using a point card that makes no sense what is wrong with you Microsoft.

Added your friend code to the list, and also to my Wii.

Added End's SSB Brawl code to the game list. If you want him to add your code, you'll probably need to contact him. A good bet is his backloggery page. I included a link in the list, and will now start to keep a tally of forumer's backloggery pages here. Let me know if you have one!

My X360 Gamertag (Kaisharga) has been upgraded to Gold, thanks largely to Saint's Row 2 and Marvel UA 2. Hey, I can actually do things with people now!
