Mission is over, sorry guys but I need to get this over with. Stuff was decided by vote last night and it was pretty much unanimous so I stopped asking.

HOLY SHIT SOMETHING TO SPEND MONEY ON:

Your first purchase thing! With light weapons and 100 credits, you can take your gear to Casey and have her put it directly into your body.

Built in weapons cannot be disarmed, but still broken. Mechanically, right now, melee weapons are actually in your body, guns are stored in compartments in your legs/arms.

Further on, you'll actually get full blown arm cannons and plasma guns and shit, AREN'T YOU LUCKY.

HEY CHECK THIS OUT, I actually put text to notepad and fucking put down some history. You can expect this to be the first of many such articles that I will also be putting up on the wiki.

And now, a brief history of Krynian robotics, along with some backstory for Anka Retonik and Annie Armstrong.

With hands of iron, there's not a task they couldn't do.

On Krynus, robotics is not a new science. The first robots were made by International Mechanics, based out of Chinzei. They were built for assisting in the production of cars and other factory goods, but other uses were soon found, including general construction and demolition. From that point on, they became International Robots and Mechanics (IRM)

In spring of 3720, IMR's CEO Shinjiro Retonik fell ill. No longer able to run the company, control fell into the hands of his daughter, Anka. Being a young woman, Anka had very little experience or interest in running the company, and sold it for a record breaking sum of 750 million credits, and Anka joined the Deck Foundation as the Ace of Hearts, handling the companies internal affairs.

Nine years after working with one another, there was an affair- One that produced a daughter. Hayward couldn't afford news spreading of an illegitimate child, and while Anka certainly didn't want to give up the child, she knew it had to be done. She gave the child up for adoption in the House of Love in Deck City, and later arranged for the Armstrong family to adopt the child, Annie.

Annie was moved back to Chinzei and raised as the Armstrong's biological daughter. She had an early interest in robotics, like her older brother Jack and most of the population in Chinzei. Like them, too, she had an affinity to it, making working machines by the time she was eight, and complex machines by 10. She sent blueprints of her work to the newly formed D-52. Four years later, the Great War broke out due to Imperial aggression, and while Chinzei wasn't in any way involved, Annie and Anka were.

With the war in full swing, D-52 became something of a mercenary force, with each of the Aces commanding small forces. Anka's division, Hearts, was used as negotiators and peace brokers, very rarely engaging in combat. Anka herself was always deployed by herself, and rumors in D-52 claim that she single handedly forced cease-fires in any zone she entered.

As for Annie, her designs were taken and seriously reviewed by D-52's Robotics division. Scaling her designs up and making improvements and modifications, the first War Walkers were rolled off the assembly line, and sold to both the Alliance and Empire, changing the face of war on Krynus forever.

The war ended in a total ceasefire, but not an end of hostilities. Five years later, Annie was approached by a representative of D-52, and officially hired on to be an engineer in their robotics division, while working on her PHD in robotics.

Most recently, she's perfected nanotechnology, which has allowed greater advances in technology, including the Bluesky project.

That's very strange. It works just fine in Chrome, but not in Firefox or IE. Anyway, you can still right-click, copy link, and paste the address in a new window/tab. I'm too lazy and it's too in the middle of a work day for me to mess with re-hosting now.
