In the ancient past, the Censer of the Damned was created by the goddess Lloth as a prison for the souls of those who had failed her in the great elven civil war. There they would remain, to be called forth to wage their war once more through the living until such time as they might attain victory.

For the past few months, the censer has been kept under lock and key in Doma Castle. However, this state of affairs cannot continue forever; already there has been one close call, and the drow would dearly love to acquire the censer for the glory of their goddess.

After much research, a possible method of destroying the artifact has come to light. The key lies in the north, with the dwarves of Karaz Gathol and an even more ancient artifact known as the Anvil of Breaking.

Accordingly, the usual gang of misfits has been assembled, some of them people who have dealt with the censer before, others whose reputations have impressed the Crown, and a couple arriving thanks to General Silvar's habit of posting notices at the local bars.

-----------------------

And there we have it. While this campaign particularly suits characters involved in Nightfall or Echoes (good lord, those were both a while ago now), it's open to all comers.

What's the level requirement and how big of a party are you looking for?

Low to mid-levels preferred, but not necessary. Looking for at least four people.

Hakaril can babysit, I'll submit Sirvix. I'll get to work on her sheet. Thanks for the opportunity GM.

Depending on party composition and overall level...

If a high level and at least somewhat favorable party composition, I'd be willing to re-use Kamos. Yes, Captain Angry himself.

Otherwise, willing to run Adrienne and her SMT-derived spellset. And she's a low-level, even.

...yes, I like huge techsets. So sue me.

Low-level characters are all I have.

Updated Kilisha's sheet just for this.

Right then. That's five players, including Jak. So I'll be setting up the introductory post as soon as I have all the sheets in.

Doug: I'll go with Adrienne, given the low level of all the other party members.

A challenger appears!

Right. Jeigan characters end up being a pain anyway, and not fun for the player of the Jeigan in question as compensation is performed for the sake of the others having a challenge/getting a chance to do something.

Also, I need to input a physical description at some point.

Just to let people know, Amanda has come down sick, and is unable to participate. Therefore, the group no longer includes (and never has included) Sirvix. Temporal paradoxes ahoy!

TIME PARADOX

Also, in case you were wondering about my general lack of posting, it has been due to working on a hellish research paper (one that I stayed up until 5 AM revising, even.) Once I get rested up after today, I should have few issues keeping up with normal posting demands.

Well, now we only need to explain why we have one demon in the party.
