I wrote another D&D 3.5 prestige class

This one's specially designed for one of my characters here. All criticism and suggestions are welcome, as always.

I sort of get the feeling this might be a wee bit powerful, but I'll let you guys decide.

MASTER OF THE RED PAW

If you know where to look in Doma City, on a side street sandwiched between two seedy bars down near the Marketplace, you’ll find a little dojo occupying the bottom floor of a building. This dojo is run by Ake Tanner, a young martial artist who trains all those who come eager to learn and able to pay in the art and science of self-defense. The morning, afternoon, and early evening classes are full of petulant kids, distracted businessmen, young women looking for dates with brawny men, and obese people trying to get in some semblance of shape. Most of these stay for a month, two months, a year, and allow themselves to be ranked on an arbitrary system of belt colors and Master Ake’s commendations, and learn enough that maybe they’ll surprise a mugger the next time they’re caught in an alley. But on Dammasus, Istarus, and Tunarus evenings, after these characters have left to attend to their “real” lives, the real fighters show up at Ake’s dojo; many far older than him and with more experience in the martial arts, but nonetheless looking to Ake as a man who knows what he’s doing (and as the owner and proprietor of the dojo where they train). It is on these evenings (and sometimes well into the nights) that Ake and those around him teach, train in, learn, improvise, and invent a style of martial arts they call the Red Paw style, a style that Ake sometimes describes as “his adaptation of a Nekonian adaptation of jujutsu” but is more properly the product of a chaotic but driven combination, splicing, and recombination of different strategies and methodologies of unarmed combat, including jujutsu, kickboxing, kung fu, and back-alley streetfighting.

The prestige class mostly consists of fighters, who can meet the prerequisites to take the class by level 8. Monks who take levels of the master of the Red Paw prestige class lose their ability to take more levels of the monk class; however, the abilities gained by the master of the Red Paw nicely compliment those gained by the monk.

Hit Die: d8
Requirements
To qualify to become a master of the Red Paw, a character must fulfill all of the following criteria.
Base Attack Bonus: +7
Skills: Tumble 5 ranks, Escape Artist 3 ranks, Concentration 3 ranks
Feats: Improved Unarmed Strike, Improved Grapple, Dodge, Mobility, Combat Expertise, Combat Reflexes, Deft Opportunist [Complete Adventurer]
Class Skills
The master of the Red Paw’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Balance (Dex), Climb (Str), Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Escape Artist (Dex), Hide (Dex), Intimidate (Cha), Jump (Str), Listen (Wis), Move Silently (Dex), Profession (Wis), Spot (Wis), Swim (Str), and Tumble (Dex).
Skill Points at Each Level: 4 + Int modifier.

BAB as Fighter (+1/level). Reflex save is good.

1st: Unarmed strike, kip up, dodge bonus +1, unarmed damage 1d6
2nd: Bonus feat
3rd: Roll with the punches 1
4th: Dodge bonus +2, unarmed damage 1d8
5th: Bonus feat
6th: Roll with the punches 2
7th: Dodge bonus +3

Class Features
All of the following are Class Features of the enlightened blade prestige class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: A master of the Red Paw receives no additional proficiency in any weapon or armor.

Unarmed Strike (Ex): When a master of the Red Paw makes an unarmed strike, he does more damage than a normal person would, as indicated on Table: The Master of the Red Paw. A master of the Red Paw with monk levels adds his master of the Red Paw level to his monk level and does unarmed damage equal to a monk of that level. Like a monk, a master of the Red Paw can make unarmed strikes even with his hands full, always applies his full Strength bonus on damage rolls, can choose to deal lethal or nonlethal damage with no penalty on the attack roll, and can treat his unarmed strike as a manufactured weapon or a natural weapon. He does not gain the flurry of blows or any other monk ability, except as noted.

Kip Up (Ex): A master of the Red Paw who becomes prone may return to his feet as a free action, as long as he is wearing light or no armor and is not carrying a medium or heavy load.

Dodge Bonus (Ex): A master of the Red Paw who is wearing light or no armor and is carrying no more than a light load gains a +1 dodge bonus to AC against one enemy at 1st level. This bonus increases by 1 at 4th and 7th levels. Unlike the Swashbuckler ability of the same name, the bonus can be divided up between multiple targets. A master of the Red Paw in a grapple may not receive this bonus against enemies outside the grapple but may use it normally against enemies he is grappling.

Roll With the Punches (Ex): A master of the Red Paw works to master the art of defensive grappling. While engaged in a grapple and using Combat Expertise to gain at least 2 points of AC, a master of the Red Paw of 3rd level or higher gains damage reduction 1/- against the unarmed strikes of anyone else in the grapple. If the unarmed strike is meant to deal nonlethal damage, the damage reduction is doubles to 2/-. This ability can only be used if the master of the Red Paw is wearing light or no armor and is not carrying a medium or heavy load. This ability has no effects against weapon attacks, natural weapon attacks (except unarmed strikes), or attacks outside a grapple.
At 6th level, the damage reduction increases to 2/- against lethal unarmed strikes and 4/- against nonlethal unarmed strikes.

Bonus Feat (Ex): At best an experimental martial art and at worst one that barely holds itself together as one self-contained style, the Red Paw style leaves openings in its basic foundation to be filled with the practitioner’s own tricks and inventions. At 2nd and 5th levels, a master of the Red Paw may choose one of any of the following feats to gain as a bonus feat, but must meet the prerequisites normally: Clever Wrestling [Complete Warrior], Close-Quarters Fighting [Complete Warrior], Weapon Focus (grapple or unarmed strike only), Earth’s Embrace [Complete Warrior], Stunning Fist, Improved Combat Expertise [Complete Warrior], Power Attack, Cleave, Spring Attack, Whirlwind Attack, Karmic Strike [Complete Warrior], Flying Kick [Complete Warrior]. Whatever feat he chooses he may only use when wearing light or no armor and not carrying more than a light load.

*Strikes Down With Lightning*

Nope, don't like it.

Overpowered, unbalanced, serves no real purpose, silly ideas, bad abilities, not coherent, underpowered, useless...

Yeah, I"m just bored, don't mind me.
