The only concrete times I have from anyone is from Molokidan, who says 1-5 PST, which is 4-9 EST unless my math is wrong.

The CI's open to anyone with an Elemaer character or the desire to make one (drop me a line on AIM if you want help with the latter). Post some times, or something, and I'll figure it all out. Or I'll hang myself. THE CHOICE IS YOURS*.

If some anomaly occurs, such as it winding up that everyone who joins has an Order of Air character, I may make it something bigger than your average CI. Maybe even a minor sanctioned mission.
