From the latest post from our GM:
"Mona was in her room, having fallen asleep ... The shadows in Maelstrom's room .... There was a crash, then a scream, from within Maelstrom's room"

Huh? Isn't Mona in her own room instead of her dad's? I am assuming she's in her own room until confirmation, then I will edit my post accordingly

~
Mona was in her room, having fallen asleep in her father's arms. He had laid her carefully into his bed (in his room), and had the other butlers remove the zombie corpse from her room and sweep up the glass. He locked the door to his room as the butlers carried their friend's body down the stairs. "No one's getting in there," he murmured, putting the key in the pocket of his nightshirt and following the butlers outside.
~

I can see, I wrote it oddly. Basically: She fell asleep in her father's arms, and he carried her to his room, and put her in his bed while the butlers cleaned up Mona's room.

Also: I noticed you alternate between Present and Past Tense, wkz. Is that on purpose?

Huh? where did that happen??
Also: I have changed the post, as required. Me bad

New Nitpicking:
Quote:"" ............She saw two shapes—a large shape on her left side, and a smaller, quicker shape to her right. She shouted to the others:

“I see two of them! Klaus, Zakara, come with me! Everyone else, go right, toward the forest edge! Find the big one!” She spun to her right and darted in the direction of the smaller figure, not waiting to see who was following her, if anybody.
""
You, or Meryle sure have right/left issues. The big guy is at Meryle's left, and you asked the party to go after it by going right...... and going right herself.
(Must be a typo.... just letting you know)

Fun with an antennae...

Unread postby wkz » Mon Jun 07, 2004 5:54 am

Ok, one small question for Klaus's curious mind: How does the antennae work?

Is it a focus for a generator somewhere else or is it standalone?
Is it always on, or does it has a kill switch?
And will it be able to "operate" Cro-Magnum from a distance?

Ha, hey, you can't use him as a puppet, Klaus.

It was a gimmick. Without the antennae, there was no way to send Cro-magnum the electricity to move his body. When Dovev severed it, it was like flipping the 'off' switch on Cro-magnum's body.

But he's not your puppet, we've got enough hunters to deal with. Image

Ya, I thought of that already. Just needed some confirmation. But chances are Klaus would be keeping the antennae itself, possibily for some weird useage.

What would be the answer to the other 2 questions then?

Oh. Um...

The antennae only works when the generator inside the keep is turned on, and the antennae is connected to Cro-magnum's head.

And... no.

In fact, in another RP, I opted my character to take a hit just so I can avoid posting too much. Never expected this thread to get only the sum total of one post thou....

Lemme whip out one or two one-liners if you really want them....

When I have it, I use it, especially with a relatively new character as it takes me longer to get inside her head than one i've known for a long time.

Okay, this might come a bit unexpected, but

p068.ezboard.com/frpgww60...=730.topic

I'm willing to continue this RP if you want, Nick, but if it's alright with you, and it won't spoil the game, I'm asking if I can quit the game. The RP has been great, better than great, but I can't be here anymore. I hope you understand, but place your RP first here, if you want me to continue until it's finished, I will.

I'm saddened, but we can continue, though the Dovevs-style humor will be missed. If you ever feel like rejoining, no problem. I'll just NPC him, then. I promise I won't disgrace him or anything.

It's been fun. The One Piece RP was a great idea.
----------------------

And where the hell's Zakara?!
