Ok, I figured this couldn't hurt. I read over the Philsys character creation method and ran one up for Magus.
Here it, and I want to know what you guys think. If there is anything wrong with it, let me know. One thing...I got 88 skill points; I didn't use them all; I must have read the formula wrong or something for it.

striking distance around Magus simutaniously.
[Scythe=4]Grim Drain (10 TP) - Attack normally. If the attack hits,
then drain half the damage as Hit Points.
