They have been, actually. Note the addresses he's linking to; He likely has a dynamic IP. We ban him, he just logs out and in.

More than a dynamic IP. The two threads that're up right now aren't even from the same network, let alone the same subnet. One's from Italy and the other's from China, so he's likely using some sort of proxy or something. <p>
