Background:

name: Brinala Aldring- age: 25 - eyes: green - hair: purple - height: 5’6” –

Brinala is a catgirl from a well-to-do Nekonian family. From a young age, she has been oddly fixated on the subject of death. Her curiosity in this subject led her to spend many years studying religious texts, but she was never satisfied with the answers she found there. She wanted to know more than that the dead “returned to pure chaos.” She wanted to actually understand the experience of death. When she was fifteen, a strange event in which she somehow raised the corpse of a dead bird as a skeleton opened her eyes to the possibilities of Necromancy. She spent the next few years studying Death Magic, improving upon her own natural necromantic powers.

Brinala’s friends know her as being... different. She is friendly and outgoing enough, but she is also very weird, reacting to quite a few things in ways that most people would find peculiar. As her goal is to know what it is like to be dead and to share that knowledge with others, she seeks the power to die and then return to the living.

--Spells/Techs—

[Necromancy=2] Raise Skeleton (30 MP+5 per size rank of target) – This spell causes the skeleton of the targeted corpse to become animated. In battle, the skeleton will fight for the caster for the rest of the battle, then crumble. Out of battle, the skeleton will follow the caster for five minutes+30 seconds for each rank of Improved Necromancy and then crumble unless a battle begins. After this, the corpse can never again be revived or reanimated. The power of a skeleton raised by this spell equals the power of a zombie from the same corpse with all positive stats cut in half and all negative stats multiplied by two. If a stat reaches less than -5, the stat will be ranked at -5. Only one skeleton at a time may be raised by this spell for every two ranks of Necromancy up to a maximum of ten. If the number of skeletons exceeds the limit, the skeleton that has been animated by this spell for the longest amount of time will crumble.

[Necromancy=1 Necromantic Lore=1] Ghost Bolt (10 MP) – Momentarily summons a spirit from Beyond and directs it to attack the spell’s target. Usually mistaken by observers as some type of lightning bolt spell.

[Necromancy=2 Improved Necromancy=1] Panic (15 MP) – Causes the target to suffer a panic attack.

[Necromancy=3 Improved Necromancy=2] Draw Undead (20 MP) – Draws nearby Undead towards the caster.

[Necromancy=4 Necromantic Lore=3] Raise Zombie (60 MP+5 per size rank of target) – This spell works the same as Raise Skeleton except that it raises the targeted corpse as a zombie, the number of zombies that can be raised at one time is one per four ranks of Necromantic Lore up to a maximum of five, and the zombie’s stats are equal to those of a standard zombie from the same corpse. <p>If you are reading this, it means that I am logged in.</p>Edited by: [url=http://p068.ezboard.com/brpgww60462.showUserPublicProfile?gid=seethe347>Seethe347</A] at: 2/12/05 3:19

Skills like "Wai-ness" and "Interest in Death" aren't really skills so much as personality traits. Also, why does she want a sword/armor made of skeletal remains? If she's so friendly and outgoing, the stigma attached to wearing a ribcage must be awfully hindering to making pals.

Alright. I removed the personality traits from her skill list and also removed the part about her talking peoples ears off, as that would really just be annoying.

As for the bone stuff... er... I can't really find any way to save that either.
