OK ive tried three times to make a character, ive tried making a character that seems quircky, a character that has issues and a general character. all apperently suck. will somebody help me make my character? i apparently am not good at this.

Your problem is you're /aiming/ for quirks or issues or a super power, and that produces poor characters.
