[Polearms=2] Gouge (9 TP) Stabs an enemy in both eyes using the military fork, rendering it permanently blind. Creature must have eyes that Sara can find in order to work of course.

[Blue = 2] Flamethrower ( 7MP) a fire spell that tends to set things on fire. does 8+rank*2+1d6 damage, and ignites the target on a roll of 4+ on a d6. Ignited targets burn for 2 turns, taking spell damage again each turn.

[Blue = 4] Frostbite (12MP) an ice-type spell able to hit nearby targets when centered on one target for 10+rank*4+2d6 damage to a single target, and 4d6 damage to all within 3 feet.

[Blue = 3] Cure (10 MP) - Recovers 10+rank*2+1d6 HP to any target. Has no effect on the undead.

[Feint=1] Duck (2 TP) - Adds an additional d20 skill roll to a dodge. May not be used more than once per round.

[Feint=2] Hide (3 TP) - Removes herself from the battle for as many turns as desired--assuming she can find a place to hide herself, out of the way of combat. Obviously cannot be used in the middle of an open field! Effects of prayers that may have been cast before are dispelled. Sara gains a +8 bonus to Hide checks while using this ability.

I'm doing a single post for each character because that makes them easier for me to search through and update.

Background: Aya is a ryuuzoku (golden dragon) from Ayenee who saw it fit to appoint herself as the eternal dragon warrior, symbolized through her possession of the dragon king sword. Fleeing through a portal to escape an enemy, Aya found herself in Gaera. Taking advantage of the situation, Aya adapted herself to the world and took up a job as a guard at the castle of Doma. Upon catching the eye of the king, they fell in love with each other and were married not long after Aya's first Ishmas in Gaera. Aya currently rules Doma beside her husband and is also the proud mother of her daughter Elle. However, this doesn't prevent her from leaving the castle and doing "stupid things" as many of her friends would tell her.

--Spells/Techs--

Innate stuff

* [Innate]Dragon Properties - A passive skill. Due to her dragon nature, Aya recieves 50% base damage reduction from fire based effects. As she increases in level (75% at 5, 100% at 10, 25% absorption at 15, and 50% absorption at 20) this bonus increases. However, she recieves 1.5 times as much damage from ice based damage, but only up until level 10--at that point, she suffers 3 times as much.

* [Item Granted] Dragon's Tears ( 2 * (Aya's Level) MP, 1 TP) - Aya focuses a spell through her Dragon King Sword, causing it to gain a +(Aya's Level) bonus on her Mattack.

* [item granted]Seduce (2 TP) - Make a CHA roll (CHA*3 + 1d20) for Aya and an opposed willpower roll for the foe (COU+COU+INT + 1d20). If the foe fails, they cannot cause harm to Aya in any way, and any attempt to do so requires them to succeed at another opposed roll. Success causes this effect to end, as does any violent action to the foe from Aya. She can affect any heterosexual male, as well as women who..."swing that way." And if the foe fails by 5 or more, they actually try to HELP Aya. It works on anything that has a gender and would logicaly be able to be seduced by her.

* [Innate]Dragon Form (20 TP) - Aya transforms into an 70 foot tall dragon, her clothing and equipment melding into herself until she returns to "human" form. While transformed her Ryuuzoku Magic rank increased by half her level, and her HP rises by 50%. She gains +3 to her strength, +2 to her Stamina, but suffers a penalty of -2 to her dexterity and agility. Her normal armour is disregarded, and she gains a natural AC of 30. Furthmore, she may use her breath attack in this form.

* [Innate]Breath (12MP, 6 TP) - Ryuuzoku-based magical attack which deals 52+4d6 damage to any creature an 8 hex line in front of Aya. If the beam impacts with a large creature, it will halt the beam, protecting any targets behind it. However, if a critical is scored, or the creature is killed/KO'd by the attack, the beam will blast a hole in the target and keep on going to it's full range, or until it hits another obstacle.

* [Innate]Kopii (6 TP) - This ability summons Aya's twin sister, Ara, to assist her in casting a spell of her choice. The spell must be castable by Ara, both of them must cast the same spell, and both Aya and Ara have to pay any MP/TP costs for the spell, which happens instantly after Ara is summoned (there is no turn/time delay for using this ability, making it a free action).

Appraisal stuff

* [Appraisal=1]Identify (1 TP) - Attempt to determine the value or magical properties of an item.


Channeling stuff

* [Channel=2]Focus (5 TP) - Damage done by magic in this turn is increased by 100%. May be cast as a free action.

* [Channel=3]Astral Vine (3 TP) - Temporarily enchants a weapon with astral energy for rank/2+1d4 rounds, boosting its damage by 1+rank and enabling it to damage ethereals. The damage bonus caps at +10.

* [Channel=4]Astral Imbue (3 TP) - Temporarily enchants all spells cast by a specific person for rank/2+1d4 rounds, boosting their damage by 1+rank against material targets, and by twice that against ethereal ones, or those that have primarily ethereal forms. The cap against material targets is +10, but there is no cap against ethereal targets.

* [Channel=4]Dream Seeds (4 TP) - Boosts Aya's barehanded damages by +2*rank and her PA by +rank also.

* [Channel=5]Astral Syphon (5 TP) - Drains 10+rank*2+1d6 MPs from a target.

* [Channel=6]Runic (4 TP) - Aya forfeits her turn, but if during the next round (as in, between this turn and Aya's next move) an enemy uses a magical spell or effect (this includes things like dragon's breath weapons and beholder eye rays), the effect is absorbed by Aya, and she gains MP equal to 1/4 the amount of damage the spell or effect would have dealt. This power can only be invoked if Aya is equipped with the Dragon King sword and cannot absorb shadow elemental spells.

* [Channel=8]Soul Trance (only when equipped with DK sword, all TP points are expended (must be more than 40)) - Aya gains +10 AT/PA and a +10 bonus to all magic rolls. While in trance mode, Aya is unable to help any allies and will attack in a beserked sort of state. During this time healing spells will not affect her, and nor will charming/seduction like spells. For each round she remains in trance mode she loses 10 HP and 10 MP. If Aya is rendered unconscious, she cannot be revived for a day. Soul trance automatically ends if Aya loses contact with her Dragon King sword.


* [Teleport=1]Phase (3 TP) - Attempts to distort time and space to move quickly to another location without actually having to walk. This far from perfect, and attempting to go too far will result in failure, snapping the user back to their original postion and dealing 1d6 shock damage. Chance of success is 100 - (distance) + rank + base stats. Use percentile dice.


Fire Stuff

* [Fire=3]Flare arrow - (14 MP) A flame resembling the shape of an arrow is shot at the opponent, dealing 14 + (5 * rank) + 2d6 (36-44) damage.

* [Fire=5] Fire counter (10 MP) - If hit with a fire spell, Aya can "collect" the fire and throw it right back at the opponent for an amount of damage equal to whatever the attack would have done (do NOT apply Aya's natural resistance to fire when factoring damage).

* [Fire=6] Inferno Array (29 MP) - A fire spell meant for multiple targets, this spell launches a barrage of medium sized fireballs at a group of enemies, and deals 10+3*rank+2d6 damage. This spell affects a target hex and all adjacent hexes.

* [Fire=8]Soulfire explosion (34 MP) - A blast of fire explodes outwards from the caster with about a 50 ft. radius. Targeting is selective; persons whom Ayn does not wish to harm are undamaged. This attack deals 20 + (6 * rank) + 3d6 (53-70) damage.

Lit magic stuff

* [Lit=4]Digu bolt (12 MP) - A stronger bolt of lightening. 10 + (5 * rank) + 3d6 (28-43) damage.

* [Lit=6]Chain Lightning (24 MP) - A bolt of lightning that deals 12+6*rank+2d6 points of damage to a target, then bounces to another target, dealing half damage, then potentially another, and another, and another...up to rank/2 targets are affected by this spell, with the maximum number being selected at casting, and the lightning always jumps to the next closest target (including allies, not including Aya herself).

* [Lit=8]Thunder dragon (30 MP) - Dragon-shaped lightening bolt strikes the foe. This deals 12 + rank + 4d20 (19-95).


Ice Magic stuff

* [Ice=2]Freeze arrow (14 MP) - A spear of ice skewers the opponent, dealing 12 + (rank * 6) + 2d6 (32-42) damage.

* [Ice=8]Blizzard blast (32 MP) - Summons a blast of snowy arctic wind upon the opponent, dealing 18 + (6 * rank) + 3d6 (51-68) damage.

Air magic stuff

* [Air=1]Wind Shield (8 MP) - Reduces the damage of the next physical attack to a target of choice by 1d10 + rank damage.

* [Air=2]Razor Wind (13 MP) - A sharp gust of offensive wind. Deals 16 + (5 * rank) + 2d6 (33-43)

* [Air=3]Whirlwind (14 MP) - Renders the target immobile by trapping them in a swirling vortex of wind. This effect lasts for rank + 1d2 turns and may not always be effective (GM decision).


Ryuuzoku magic stuff

* [Ryuu=1]Dragon Recovery (15 MP) - Heals HP equal to 10 + (rank * 2) +1d6 (19-24) to any target. Even heals undead.

* [Ryuu=2]Counterspell (AKA ext ball) (16 MP) - Dispels offensive magic. This spell must be cast in response to the offensive spell, and causes the caster to forfeit their turn for the round. Success chance is 100 + (5 * rank) - (enemy level + enemy spell skill rank). Use percentile dice.

* [Ryuu=3]Chaotic Disintigration (18 MP) - An offensive holy spell, which deals 16 + (rank * 6) + 2d6 (42-52) damage, and 2x damage to demons or undead.

* [Ryuu=1]Levitate (4 MP) - Used to avoid earth spells and fly to places outside of battle. Outside of battle, this spell is used free of cost unless the caster wishes to levitate higher than a foot or so.

* [Ryuu=4]Dragon Soul Beam (34 MP) - A spell similar to, but stronger than, Chaotic Disintigration. 22 + (rank * 7) + 3d6 (52-68) damage, and 2x damage vs demons or undead.

* [Ryuu=5]Counterfield (32 MP) - Counters all spells in a 3 yard radius around the caster. As in counterspell, this also results in the caster forfeiting their turn. The chance to counter a spell is 100+(5 * rank) - (enemy level + enemy spell skill rank).

* [Ryuu=6]Disclery (12 MP) - Cures certain illnesses and unhealthy conditions. This spell is primarily used to sober up drunks, but it can also flush other toxins out of the system, curing poisoning, magically induced or poison induced paralysis, and magical or poison induced blindness.

* [Ryuu=8]Cephied Flare (52 MP) - An offensive holy spell meant for destroying multiple targets. This spell damages a target hex and all creatures within 10 feet in any direction (3 hexes) for 16+rank*4+3d6 points of damage. Aya cannot be harmed by this spell, but other allies caught in the blast might be.

* [Ryuu=10]Regrowth (32 MP) - Heals any target for 20+rank*6+2d6 HP, and also allows Aya to regenerate her tail if she somehow loses it (but not other body parts).

[Malediction=4] Confusion - before an enemy attacks, make a skill check against the target’s MBlock or INT. If the enemy fails, they attack a random target instead of the normal target. Lasts 1d4 rounds.
