Rasmus' eyes locked onto the glaring undead gaze leveled onto him and stared. He was almost entirely caught off guard by her presence. Fortunately, he was still quick with a response.

"I found something cool. Well, I was told about it, but yeah. It's the Dragon device that pulls noise out of the air. It doesn't work yet, but Sana is looking at it, so.. maybe it will soon."

Cannon narrows her eyes at Rasmus, before turning away, looking at her armor in the corner. "Yes, that's right." She says. "We're attempting to find Gáe Derg, the weapon of Elven champions lost in the Sundering. And then, we intend to kill every single human, down to the last man. And Stray is in quite a bit of trouble for sharing."

For a moment, Rasmus looked as though he had picked up on a foul odor. He glanced at Guy briefly, then focused back on Cannon as he asked, "Are you serious? That's stupid."

"Is it?" Cannon asks. "What have humans done for you, Snow Elf? They destroyed our kingdom. They killed millions of our people and scattered us to the winds. They start wars for no reason and drag the world into them. Even more, they imbue their children with pure power with the intent of harnessing it for themselves. They manipulate powers they cannot possibly comprehend and bend the world to their liking on a whim. Why should they live, Elf?"

"Becauuuse.. it's not like we were that great when we were in charge. Like when we used to attack the Plainsrunners for their land."

His eyes briefly went to Oleai.

"And the way we enslaved so many humans to do our work."

Rasmus' gaze went to Guy, before landing back on Cannon.

"And if we're really better than 'em now, we should act like it, instead of starting wars like they do."

Oleai, for her part, had gone silent the moment this 'encounter' started. The appearance of the ghosts and the zombie was just too much for her. Hovering around the middle of the group, nervously running her hands together as she listened.

At the mention of slaying all the humans, she piped up a half-whimpered, "You can't.." Before the other's louder speaking overtook her.

As Rasmus finished speaking, she tried again, "H..He's right. I've met a lot of really nice humans.. There are bad people from every race, and sometimes those people get in charge.." She trailed off a bit, making eye contact with Cannon briefly as she said this last part. Clearly she meant Cannon as an example. "You should leave buried things buried.. and.. " She looked to Kyrie and Guy, "We should leave now."

Kyrie nods in agreement with Oleai, keeping her eyes locked on Cannon. This revelation from her has taken her a bit by surprise; really, she thought something like this had to have been lurking somewhere in this community, but her overtures felt like they had a touch of the genuine to them. She was a trusting fool; just more reason she needs more practice at reading.

Her eyes narrow, and she reaches behind herself to grasp Stray's hand tight, making sure she doesn't do something stupid like run to the others. Her voice drifts in and out of cracking and her legs shake beneath her, but the rage from what she's revealed allows her to press on, filling her with a sure-to-be-short-lived adrenalin surge that she isn't about to ignore. "...I...I had a moment of empathy for you when Stray...when she mentioned this. Every sense of mine, every little sign I saw...it was...there was something dangerous about this. But I thought you just...you were just looking for something you'd lost. That it was secret because it was...it was something personal.

"I...I guess I'm right to be terrified of you. You speak...you're a well-spoken Revenant, but you're still...that's still all you are."

Cannon clenches her fists tightly, sneering at Kyrie. "You don't know a damn thing."

She walks to her armor, plucking a blue feather out of its plumed decoration. "Do you understand the connections we have with our Razorbeaks?" she asks, running her fingers along the edges. "It's not a sibling relationship. It's much more than that. Our Razorbeaks are a part of us. They complete us. Make us whole. The way we're connected to them is more than you could ever understand."

She returns to her armor, carefully, delicately placing the feather back in place. "I was just a child. Still learning the spear and the rhythm of battle. We didn't hurt anyone and stayed to ourselves. But there was a man, a stupid man who hadn't seen a Razor before. He kept poking at Brightwing. Poking and poking until we got annoyed and she nipped him." Cannon clenches her hands again, glaring at nothing in particular. "It was only a nip to get him to leave her alone. She didn't even hurt him."

Cannon seems to take a breath, though given she's undead, it's probably not that. "They...made...me...WATCH!" she screams. "they held me down while they slit Brightfeather's throat. They forced me to watch them kill a part of me and cut away part of my soul." Cannon whips around, looking at the demihumans and elf, one by one. "What would you do?" she asks with a shaking voice. "Wouldn't you want to see them burn?"

Cringing from Cannon, Kyrie finally has to look away from her, the fear threatening to send her over the edge yet again if she doesn't.

"...the ones that did it? The ones that ordered it? Of course I would. But every...every single human across all of creation? Even the ones that are...that would be as sickened by what happened as...as I am? What if an elf had done it? And...and don't try and tell me that there isn't a sing...a single elf that...that bloodthirsty. That wouldn't do it even if th...even knowing what it means. Everyone has them. Those are the ones that should die."

Triya had been listening to the plan to plunge the world back into war and exterminate her people with mounting horror. Regardless of whether Cannon had the ability to carry out her plans, it was the utter sincerity with which she spoke which chilled her to the core. Yet for all that, her story was one to evoke sympathy in any but the most hardened heart.

"And how many elves will you see dead for the sake of your revenge, Cannon?" She asked sadly, "How many of the people in this camp will survive to see the end of the war?"

Cannon turns to Triya, sneering. "Do you understand how much the world hates your people? If the Elves could be reunified, humans wouldn't stand a chance. The dragons wouldn't care enough to save you, Elves are more profitable to the Nekana, and nobody else would be close enough to muster a force in time. You shouldn't worry about us-- True death would be a blessing for any of us."

Cannon sighs heavily. "And now, I'm afraid we're going to have to make some adjustments. If you'd be so kind to head into the mines so we don't have to carry you down there ourselves. Bastion will see to it that you don't try to run away."

Oleai raises her hands, a small chill wind circling her fingertips. She speaks quietly, "N.. No. Let us just leave. We shouldn't have even come here..." Her demand was half-hearted due to fright, and she hid mostly behind a much shorter Nekana woman so it wasn't very impressive.

Still, she played with the thought of just blasting herself up into the air. But where would that leave the others? She couldn't do that, not to mention being alone in this wilderness would be the end of her.

Should have stayed home.

"...wh..." Starting to shake a bit, Kyrie glances back off towards the mines, taking a step back from Cannon. "...yes, Oleai...she's right. We're...we're leaving. We're not letting you...kill us in the bottom of a cobalt mine." Kyrie gets herself ready to grab Stray and dart, the moment she notices the rest of the party ready to do the same, her thoughts shifting more and more towards fight or flight. Her breath quickens, her hand clenching maybe a bit too hard for Stray.

As Cannon's plan for them became clear, Rasmus' hand went behind his back.. and found nothing. His brow furrowed in confusion briefly, but soon faded as he remembered that his sword was back in town, well out of reach. A quick scan of the room, done as furtively as he could manage, showed no weapons to grab. Attacking head on didn't seem like a very good idea, either. For the moment, he was stuck. It seemed to him that the mine may present more opportunities, however.

"Fine. Let's go."

Rasmus strode forward a few steps, and suddenly stopped in his tracks as he remembered Sana, just on the other side of the camp in the supply tent. He slowly turned to look back at Cannon, his face impassive. He could buy them some time.

"Wait. You.. you're planning on doing this with more than just the people here, yeah?"

"I like to think you overestimate the elves' bloodlust," Triya said evenly, presenting a composed if not sanguine exterior. The worrying thing was that there were tensions bubbling away beneath the surface (aided and abetted by the Nulls), and it might just be that Cannon could touch off a serious incident. Another worry, it occurred to her, was the possibility the revenant army was connected to all this. There'd been the suggestion that someone was directing the horde. If that someone was allied with Cannon, they could stir up some serious trouble.

She'd go along quietly for the moment. Fighting the entire camp didn't appeal, better to keep an eye out for an opportunity to turn the tables. Somewhere in the mines, perhaps. Of course, Sana would go a long way towards evening the odds. What worried her was that Cannon knew she was dealing with a djinn and still seemed to think she had the upper hand. It seemed unlikely that she'd simply forgotten Sana, though that small sliver of doubt kept her quiet on the topic.

Before Cannon can reply at all, there's an earsplitting noise from outside the tent. Something between a shriek and a dragon's roar, the noise is absolutely awful...And dreadfully loud. But on the bright side it causes Cannon to drop everything, rushing out of the tent.

(Decided not to railroad people into following her out. BUT YOU CAN. :D)

The sudden discordant scream from outside, whatever it is, seems to be the last nudge over the edge for a Nekana that was barely clinging to lucidity as it was; with a slight cry of her own, she stumbles back, barely able to catch her breath as she falls back into Oleai, staring out the tent flap. She starts from the plainsrunner and falls from her to the ground, and though she tries to scramble back to her feet, she settles in a tensed, crouched posture, her ears flat and her eyes wide and somewhat empty as her gaze darts around the tent looking for an escape. Like in the mine, any other thoughts are gone, brushed away as the total fear grips at her mind.

Oleai had been forcing back tears, though managing to not show that on the surface. This was the most danger she'd ever been in, and as the loud shriek sent Cannon and most everyone else into chaos - before Oleai could even react - Kyrie fell into her and Oleai stumbled a bit as a result of catching the Nekana.

Something about this cool cat being gripped by fear stirred up something in Oleai, as she pursed her lips and focused her eyes. Ears standing up and alert, she spoke quickly, "This is our chance to get away.. c'mon!" Making sure Cannon was well away before saying as much. From there, she'd try to help Kyrie to her feet before heading outside the tent - already preparing her magic just in case.

Barely lucid, Kyrie almost strikes out at Oleai, but keeps enough of herself to at least not go that far. Still, she doesn't seem to recognize more than the general meaning of what Oleai's saying, and after being helped up, she darts after her; not before, however, grabbing Stray and keeping her close by, picking her up if need be.

In preparation for escape, the group peeks out of the tent, just for a second. What they see is...absolute chaos.

Several of the Revenants are running, taking cover. Near the bonfire, Bastion is on a knee, some four looking chunky green ichor oozing from the corner of her mouth as she exhales a pale green, pungent fog. She surges to her feet again, roaring once more...And it's the same absolutely horrid noise.

The one she's roaring at, though...

A few feet from Bastion stands a young woman. She wears a simple leather jerkin and pants, and bounces from foot to foot, excitedly. "C'mon c'mon c'mon c'mon C'MON C'MON C'MON!" she taunts, twirling a pair of knives in her hands, catching them underhanded. For the most part, other than short black hair, she's pretty unassuming...

Except for the combination of the slightly pointed ears of a forest elf, the skin tone of a human, and massive white wings on her back.

"I was hearin' a Worldbreaker'd be mush more danej'rus!" She shouts, still bouncing from foot to foot and spinning her knives again.

She, however, doesn't seem to notice Cannon charging at her...At least until a trio of kunai knives pierce the ground at her feet, bringing her to an abrupt stop.

Standing perfectly balanced on a tentpole is the Jonin from before, her long tattered scarf blowing in the wind.

"Perfect." Cannon says. "You again."

Well, that was certainly an opportunity, Triya reflected as the others bolted. She couldn't argue with the plan, her own steps propelling her out of the tent after Cannon. She'd make sure the revenant was distracted before joining the exodus, and run interference if not. Just what had kicked things off she had no idea, but it certainly would have attracted Sana's attention, which took care of one problem but probably created others.

As it turned out, the commotion seemed to have become a standoff. At least for the moment. Triya's eyes swept across the camp, seeking out Sana, and spotted the djinn loitering at the entrance to a tent, watching proceedings with every sign of amusement. Triya hesitated for a moment, unsure whether they ought to be making a clean getaway, or intervene in what looked as if it was shaping up to be a fight.

The decision was a spur of the moment one, aimed at making sure everybody knew where they stood and giving the newcomer a bit of support. "Sana!" she called across the camp, "Treachery!" This announcement drew attention in her direction of course, but that seemed a small price to pay.

The sound of snapping fingers echoed across the camp like the crack of doom, louder than it had any right to be and potentially dividing attention once more. Triya couldn't tell what, if anything, Sana had just done, but the djinn looked quite satisfied with herself, and seemed inclined to welcome attention, directing a mischievous smile at anyone meeting her gaze.

"We're running? That's not cool!"

Rasmus seemed more puzzled by the others' fear than anything. Sure, some serious stuff was going on, but that just meant it was going to be exciting. The presence of Bastion roaring at the weird girl just seemed to confirm that, as did the Jonin, and finally Sana.

Really, all that was missing to make the experience complete was a sword in his hand. He'd have to see about fixing that.

He slowed down just a bit as he looked around. Sana had changed something, though it was a mystery as to what that was. An opportunity to grab a weapon and join in the fray was bound to present itself. Or they'd just keep running.

"W.. Why wouldn't we run!? This has nothing to do with us!" Thankfully, adrenaline had set in full force. Forcing out a bit of the terror of being inside a camp full of angry revanents. At least for now, she could pass out later.

She hesitated again, bouncing from foot to foot. Do they flee or fight? Sana had done something to draw everyone's attention. So sneaking out during the confusion wasn't much of an option any longer. She kept alert, waiting for any of the Revanents to approach herself or Kyrie - if they did? They were getting blasted back with all her strength.

As the group prepares to defend themselves...It seems like it won't be necessary. Cannon pairs off with the Jonin, while Bastion seems to be having a hell of a time keeping up with the winged girl. The rest of the revenants are taking cover, just as much as the group themselves. There seem to be four combatants, total...Nobody is paying the least bit of attention to Sana, or the others.

Bastion takes another swing at the winged girl, who deftfully jumps over the dragon, twirling in midair and raking her knives down Bastion's back. "C'mon, y'oversized newt! We're leavin' in five whether er not I'm havin' fun, so yer gonna haveta step up!"

The Jonin, on the other hand, seems to be having a bit more trouble with Cannon- Cannon being the main aggressor, and the Jonin doing her best to match and block Cannon's attacks, rarely even attempting a counter.

Looking overloaded by the stimuli of the battle around her, Kyrie cringes, whirling from sight to sight at the running revenants, the girl fighting the dragon, the person fighting the zombie; though still not in a very coherent frame of mind, the sight of Cannon and the jonin seems to trigger something in her. Bounding away from the group, she speeds across the field towards Cannon, pouncing on her with a loud hiss while her possible ally does their best to fend her off. Claws out, she slashes at Cannon while clinging to her back, and while the damage she's doing is likely minimal, she doesn't seem to be in much of a state to care.

Kyrie's action completely blindsided Triya. She had been entertaining thoughts of lending a hand, so that Cannon's opponent wasn't overwhelmed, but had expected this to be a fighting retreat. The newcomers might have an exit strategy, but she didn't think Kyrie did. She closed the distance rather more cautiously, bringing her sword out but wary of attacking Cannon in case she struck the wrong person.

Another finger click echoed out, Sana apparently feeling more confident about intervening. Again, there was no visible effect, though Kyrie might note a faint tingling sensation on her skin.

Kyrie moves in! Jumping onto Cannon's back, she begins to claw away! Those with a shot of Cannon's face, however...

More than anything else, she looks annoyed.

The Revenant reaches up, grabbing Kyrie under the arms, reeling back slightly...Before slamming the Nekana forward. With a crash not unlike thunder, the frozen earth gives way under the overwhelming force of Cannon's strength, channeled and directed through Kyrie's body into the ground. The soil gives way, leaving a small crater where Kyrie hit, almost a foot deep. Ordinarily, Kyrie would probably be broken by this.

Thanks to Sana's quick thinking, however...She's perfectly fine.

Cannon boots her forward, taking a step away from both Kyrie and the Jonin. She turns to Sana, malice burning in her eyes. "Bastion," She says calmly, "Ignore that one."

She points Sana. "Break her."

Bastion turns, the putrid fog once again flowing from her mouth, accompanied by a dribble of the disgusting, chunky substance.

Kyrie:
Spoiler:
Ow! Also, Bastion is about to use her breath weapon.

Oleai:
Spoiler:
Something is disrupting the air currents in the area. Something big is coming from the sky, big and fast enough that it's sending the jetstream above into chaos.

There were no weapons to be found, Rasmus finally concluded from his survey of the site. It was very disappointing. Then Kyrie leapt onto Cannon, and his respect for her increased fivefold. It also changed his thinking. He didn't need a weapon. At least, not a proper one.

He looked around again. Something could be improvised. Something could become.. the tent. Or the poles in the tent. Cannon's tent. Rasmus turned back around and dashed inside. The poles there were made of good, solid wood. Though thick enough to be a little on the unwieldy side, it would do. The nearest pole was yanked from its place. For a moment, the tent wobbled, and Rasmus wondered if it was going to collapse, but it, sadly, proved to be better built than that. He went back outside, pole in-hand.

A quick double-take showed him how the situation had changed. Cannon may not have been preoccupied as before, but Bastion seemed the better target. It was possible that she was actually a threat to Sana, after all.

Holding the pole like a pike, Rasmus flanked Bastion and the winged girl. The girl, once again flying over Bastion's back and raking her with apparent glee, landed on Rasmus' side. As Bastion let out a terrible roar once again and spun her head away from Sana to face her attacker for just a moment, Rasmus thrust the pole sharply.. and struck her right in the eye.

Oleai's eyes became saucers as Kyrie lunged out towards Cannon. The absolute last thing she was expecting, but to see the Nekana jump into action like that spurred the timid Plainsrunner into contributing. One can't be a coward forever. While flight was certainly within her grasp, she had friends in some manner of peril now - and WHAT is going on in the sky?!

Ears standing straight up, Oleai gives a quick glance skyward before shouting, "Something is coming from the sky! I.. I don't know what!" It was the best she could think to do for now until she got a grasp of what was happening.
Going from the few minor scraps, mostly involving the occasional rowdy customer, Oleai knew she had a talent for kicking people really, really hard. In this case, however, she would stick to magic.

As Rasmus' blow struck, or missed, and Bastion prepared to unleash whatever horrid breath and ooze that undead Dragon-ladies tend to breath out; Oleai made a spiral circling motion with her arms, causing the air below Bastion to begin to swirl - nothing that could be felt in the heat of combat mind you - She waited until Bastion loosed her attack to send her own: A gale wind, focused into a tight stream and directed from the ground, off right past Bastion's mouth and towards the empty sky in the distance; to send whatever the dragon had cooked up harmlessly away from its intended target.

Maybe. Possibly. Once Oleai had let her own magic go, she pinched her eyes shut before checking for results.

While Kyrie might not have been injured by the attack thanks to Sana, that didn't keep it from sending a wave of pain through her body as she was slammed through the ground. Again breathing hard, she hisses and snarls, trying to sit up and continue her attack. Embedded in the ground, it takes her some effort to work her way free, not to mention how worn out she's starting to look. Still, she glares over towards Bastion and, as quickly as she can manage in her state, bounds towards her on all fours, looking to tackle her from the side. She might not reach her in time, but she isn't thinking especially strategically by this point.

Bastion reels back, ready to breathe putrid fog right at Sana--Even for a Djinn, that can't possibly be a good thing.

THat is, however, until Rasmus pokes her in the eye with a massive stick, causing her breath to hitch and causing her, instead, to half breathe, half roar. As she diseased breathe is expelled, Oleai is ready for it, spiraling it harmlessly into the air! And then, Kyrie comes in low, bowling the dragon over, causing the creature to howl in surprise again.

Off to the side, Cannon crosses her arms, looking particularly displeased. She seems to be about to step in again...

And then she stops. The blustering snow begins to stir up further, as the wind whips and sweeps at the bonfire, kicking up cinders and blowing its heat around the camp. A repetitive wooshing noise fills the air...

Over the foothills bursts a shadow in the sky. The wooshing noise gets even more persistent, as massive alchemical lights flash on underneath, bathing the camp and surrounding area in a bright white light. A number of rope ladders drop from the flying vessel, as a number of the lights focus solely on Cannon and Bastion. Bastion struggles to disentangle herself from her own wings and tail, and Cannon simply begins to walk away, as the Jonin grabs one of the ladders and the winged woman takes to the sky on her own power.

As the jonin climbs, the ship lingers for a moment...Maybe this is their ticket out of the frozen wastes?

Reeling with pride at her successful disarming of the breath attack, Oleai hardly seems to realize the situation changing. Bouncing from foot to foot as she tended to do, the rope ladders drop and the Revenants begin their withdraw. A short panicked look at the idea of being left in the camp, Oleai doesn't take long to decide.

"Can we run away -now-?!" She asks, though doesn't wait for a reply before crouching down on her haunches to use her powerful legs in order to launch as high into the air as she could - A good sixty feet - before making a quick swirl with her arm to blow the rope ladder within arm's reach: She latches onto it!

"Come on!"

As she begins to ascend the ladder, hoping beyond measure these newcomers are more friendly or at least less terrifying to be around, she takes a minute to lament their poor horses and wagon left behind in town.

A sad little frown on her face as she crests the rope ladder ahead of the rest of the party, to look upon this new ship and those who might be running it.

"... Oh, Hi!"

This really wasn't part of the plan Rasmus had been playing in his mind. Not that it was a particularly great plan, given its lack of details outside of 'beat up the bad ones.' However, given the eagerness of the others to get out of there in the first place, it seemed likely that this would be the end of it. For all his eagerness to fight, it seemed a wiser option not to be left behind.

The pole was tossed to the ground as Rasmus followed Oleai's lead and ran for a ladder. Once his hands were on it, he was scaling it in a flash with only a brief glance back down at the ground.

Triya sheathed her sword, taking a last look around at the camp, "Stray!" she called, "You're coming with us, right?" Leaving her behind to the tender mercies of Cannon wasn't on. She had to wonder if there were any others in the camp who weren't so keen on waging war on humanity, but she doubted the airship's crew would respond well to being swarmed by defecting revenants.

Sana rose up into the air, her lower body dissolving into a miniature whirlwind of blue smoke. Her rate of ascent was fairly gentle, allowing her to provide cover for those still on the ground.

Kyrie seems to not even notice the coming airship at first, ready to keep striking at Bastion while she's entangled in herself. Just before pouncing, though, Stray runs up, tugging on her shirt. She whirls, claws out, before seeing Stray saying something, gesturing. Even though she's still not all there, she's enough so for something to click for her, and grabbing up Stray she runs for one of the ladders, leaping for it and scurrying up onto the deck. Once up and over, panting and out of the situation, she finally collapses from exhaustion both physical and mental, half-conscious and looking soon to not even be that.

The group scurries up the ladders, as Bastion gives off one more infuriated scream/roar, and Cannon just walks away, as if washing her hands of the affair.

As they reach the ship, they find themselves in what actually appears to be an entryway of sorts, with several open ports leading to a preparation area, with cranks to both withdraw the ladders and re-close the ports. As they arrive, the Jonin is already waiting, and the winged woman lands on one of the landings, walking into the entryway. While the Jonin continues to say absolutely nothing, the winged woman grins broadly.

"How's that fer timin'?" she says, as the ship begins to ascend and the cranks--Seemingly on their own-- Begin to turn, pulling up the ladders and closing the ports. "Wasn't sure ya'd take th' hand, but prolly a good thing ya did!"

"Yeeeaah, probably," agreed Rasmus while he looked about the ship. Despite the airships he had seen passing by from time to time in Frostbyte, he had never actually been so close to one before, let alone inside. Even this one seemed different than those he had gotten glimpses of before, though what the difference was escaped him at the moment. There were also more important things to focus on. Like a semi-conscious Kyrie slumped on the floor. A moment's deliberation lead him to decide she would be better off left alone, at least until they knew if there were any beds.

"Thanks for the rescue. Woulda been a pain getting out of there without you.. you. Who're you?"

Rasmus quirked his head curiously at the winged girl, his face calm. Internally, he wasn't quite so serene. It hadn't even been a day since he found the group, and already he had found himself involved in not one, but two plots that were significantly larger than him. Even aside from the risks to his personal safety, he felt certain his family was wondering where he had disappeared to. Hopefully Aleen Frostcleave had clued them in to where he had gone, but he didn't hold much hope for that.

Still, he would probably be fine.

"Oh!" The winged woman says, before grabbing her companion by the shoulders--The Jonin looking pretty neutral on the whole thing, as if this is something that happens frequently. "Ah'm Rhyme!" The winged woman says. "An' this 'ere's Isol!"

Meanwhile, Stray kneels by Kyrie, gently running her hands through the older Nekana's fur. That's at least until Rhyme seems ot finally notice her.

"Uh oh," Rhyme clucks. "Looks like one'ah th' buggers got onto th' ship." The corner of her mouth pulls into a frown, as Isol pulls one of her kunai from her bandoleer, holding it like a knife. "Make it quick, at least. Arright?" Rhyme asks.

Oleai's kindly greeting was silenced by awe as she looked around the ship, "It's a big boat in the air!" How quickly adrenaline and fright turned to amazement, she was still a bit winded even. As Ryhme landed and Rasmus spoke, Oleai noticed Kyrie cresting the ladder and collapsing on the floor. She scooted over, hunching down to place an arm on the Nekana's shoulder.

Stray's presence didn't seem to bother her much anymore, though her ears twitched as Isol drew a knife. She stood at once, holding her arms out in either direction to block, "What?! No! This one is good! She was helping us!" She made a very upset bunny-face. Which still wasn't too intimidating. Give it time.
