Poetry

I'm kind of short on titles right now... Anyone have any ideas for me?
#1
And, wherefore,
When the wretched dreams of man,
And the armor of indifference,
Are stripped away,
And you find yourself,
Deep in the heart of the ruins that you have built,
With scorn and mockery,
Will you have formed enough light?
Gathered enough of the good?
That thing that sparkles,
Even in the soul’s midnight,
Will it let you see your reflection in the mirror,
Or will Vimbrasti,
Dark purveyor of the soul’s fears,
Consume your tiny lamp,
And leave you with yourself,
In your own darkness.Anger, hatred,
Strong and mild,
A blight to pages,
And the mind of a child.
#2
This shadow covers the human race,
Whether standing tall,
Or hung in disgrace.
What we are taught,
Young and old,
Clings to the bones whether warm or cold.
In life and death,
Those things we learn,
Things we long for,
Things we spurn,
Ever are,
For you and me,
Fragments of our destiny.
