Over a year ago, I and some others who wish to remain un-named created a series of images all based around a single central theme. There are five in total, each one displaying a range of emotions, as well as styles of home decor. There is a subtlety to each allowing any one to be interesting as a stand-alone piece, but in juxtoposition, a bridge is spanned and one can truly get a glimpse of what it is to be a man of ambition stripped of all but a few characteristics that define them.

I present to you, RPGWW, from the Zero Art Vault:
Series 1: Kamos as Chair.

I thorougly enjoy the underlying metaphor of hopelessness and stagnation. The pinked hair in the third image implies a sense of emasculation, perhaps as a result of inanimacy and inability to affect the outside world. This is further illustrated in the fourth and may go a long way toward explaining the character in question's homophobia.

The second emphasizes the essential nature of man; that even if he has a head and a gun, he is still very much a chair. But the fifth? The fifth is a work of pure and utter genius, blending minimalist style with flawless symbolism. The crooked legs, the wavy backing. The jaunty angle of the hat.

Truly, a work of art.
