Not exactly scary, but still fitting the theme.

You have a knack for including a lot of stuff (small accessories and details) without making the picture seem busy. I also like the pose and the super clean lines (which always tend to cause me problems), but it looks like you use the dodge and burn settings a whole heck of a lot. While it certainly makes blending the areas a bit easier, and I've been known to use them myself, dodge and burn tools are no substitute for actually choosing colors for shaded areas. Shading areas the long way is more precise, and it makes it clear you spent more effort on your art.
-------------------------

Popo's image is brilliance.

I just thought you guys should know that.

Also, BG seems to be making artistic improvement. Good for her.

Image

Thanks to all. I've been toying around with the idea of making bunny look older. I have also made the eyes a bit smaller. I'm still working on it but so far I'm happy.

So sexy bunny is a good thing then?

NEV'S STRANGE ART CRITICISM:

If sexy means everything turns out more mature in style and execution, then yes. Very yes.

Your execution of shading is well-done, and though she's a bit scantily clad for my taste, your more mature theme draws me more to the picture than your cuter, big-eyes style. I like the different scaling you've used, with the giant-hands-and-feet scaled down as to give the drawing stronger realism.

The detail is exquisite, and all of the little additions to her outfit add flavor without being distracting... though the lizard on her hand is dark enough to look a little like something black and gooey at first glance, which considering the region where her hand is placed is slightly disturbing until you get a closer look. The ribbons are well-drawn, though I could use a TEENSY bit of color variation in the one near her right knee to tell me if it's a flower or an additional ribbon.

The color combinations work EXTREMELY well, and her eyelashes are seductive while not looking whorish- bravo on that.

If you're going for scary, you missed. Your "Assassin" picture was scarier, though this picture is FAR more attractive as well as more technically superb.

I have said this before, and I'll say it again: I grow to enjoy your art more and more as time goes on. You put work and effort into the piece without doing so much as to clutter the artwork itself. I should start taking lessons from your completed pieces to improve my own style.
[---------------------------]
