Her hips are not where the belt is, that would be dorky. Clearly they are elsewhere, like in her socks or something.

Yeah, I gave up on that hand. The hips are kind of lost in the baggy, baggy jeans. It's hard to draw baggy jeans on super-thin people.

not bad. I love her exprestion. I think her pants are fine, a few more wrinkel lines would make them look more baggy, bt They look fine to me. Her boobs are big. . .but you drew them well, I mean that they are positioned in the right place. Her hair seems a littel tall, but thats ok, in anime tall hair is in. <p>
