I am bored and losing motivation, so this is the proverbial assneedle. I've got absolutely nothing planned this week, or next week...or the week after that, so I'm pretty much open. Just think of it as my Christmas present.

If your character isn't already described in the character description thread, wherever the hell it is, be sure to post something along those lines.

Here goes.

Name: Tacoria
Race: Miganka
Appearance in general: Tacoria looks similar to a miniature T-rex (miniature meaning about six and a half feet in height in this case), with several noteworthy exceptions. First, his arms are slightly longer than the aforementioned creature's arms are. Secondly, there is a cluster of skin between his normal eyes, and set in that cluster of skin is a third eye.

Tacoria's coloration is an alternate orange-and-black striped pattern (do this however you wish) on most of his body, with a lighter tannish underbelly. Also, his normal eyes are blue, but his middle eye is red. <p>

Serra Fonhal:
Human (or Valthi human/normal human, that is), long navy blue hair with bangs, brown eyes, tannish, wears a longsleeved shirt with flared brown sleeves and a yellow middle (collar would be split slightly with that lacing back together type thing), emerald green shorts, a brown belt with a yellow and black smilyface buckle (and five or so pistols hanging off of it... *whistles innocently*), fairly high brown boots with the same type of buckles, only smaller, and a black strap across one shoulder (you can have a part of her rifle sticking out, as it's across her back if you really want...) <p>

Name: Yfandes Valencia

Description: A slender dragonhalf woman with elven ears and silver wings and tail. Her platinum-blonde hair is cut in a short, chic style which despite being short, would have no trouble waving about her face in a bishoujo breeze. =D She also has silver eyes, and usually wears a black skirt with red jacket. Mostly, she has a delicate, maybe even somewhat fey/ethereal look.

And if personality makes it any easier to draw... she's kinda sarcastic and cynical. But she is capable of wuv and stuff; she's even engaged! ^o^

I had to pull out my old ZooBooks for this one. I scribbled this up a few minutes ago, I'll need feedback on the anatomy or other stuff so I might be able to make a more dynamic pose.

The concept sketch isn't bad, if you ask me.

Though I see what appears to look like a horn on Tacoria's nose.... I can't tell WHAT it is from this angle, but if it really was meant to be a horn (which I highly doubt), said horn would have to go.

I also don't see the third eye I mentioned, but that's probably just because of the way the face is tilted.

Other than that, I don't see anything wrong with the general anatomy. With the coloration.... I know I said to do the striped pattern how you wished, but there would need to be a bit more black.

Other than those, good job. <p>

Character name: Arkady Armondo
Race: Fallion
Class: Axe Wielder
Appearance: His most notable feature is his foot and a half tall mohawk that starts out neon green in the front and works it way back to hot pink (going through blue, red, and purple on the way). He is 6'6 and very, very heavily muscled. Wears big jeans with a jester head on the back pocket and a tight wife beater-esque shirt. Has his lip, nose, left eyebrow, tongue and both ears pierced (as well as other places ^_^).

Also: Tan skin. Wears combat boots and those gloves that cut off at the fingers.

Div: Thanks. That actually is a horn and I've seen several T-Rex illustrations that depict it with one, so I just went along with it. And about the third eye, you see that lump on Tac's forehead? Yeah, there it be.

Raishilliah: I'm almost done with the sketch and all I need to do now is to fix the clothing. You wouldn't happen to have an existing pic of her, would you? It'd help quite a bit, thanks.

Lys: I'm a bit behind schedule, but I'm sure I'll get a B&W done this week. If it isn't any trouble, a pic would help too, but otherwise, I can improvise

BG: Sounds easy enough, shouldn't be too long to draw one up.

Spleen: I'll need the link to that giant pen again.

Popo: I've been way out of the loop for a while, so I don't exactly know what a fallion looks like. From your description, they seem very human-ish.

I think I had interpreted the third eye's 'skin cluster' as the other side of his head. Which is what made me miss seeing the third eye.

You misconstrue. The "giant pen" isn't actually a weapon of Andy's. His various and sundry armaments are listed in the character description thread. Here, I'll paste the part on Andy...

Race: Human
Eye color: Blue
Hair: Dark green, shoulder-length and usuallly tied into a ponytail with a black headband keeping the rest of it out of his eyes.
Body shape and fitness: Thin, but well-toned, especially in the legs.
Normal clothes: Black sleeveless t-shirt, brown leather belt, light green baggy pants, and brown shoes. Is never without an extensive number of weapons, which can include any but not all of these (how can he carry them all at the same time?): two katana (he never uses just one), battleaxe, throwing knives, chakrum, longbow, quarterstaff, and punching daggers.

Well I shall throw one up as well. :D

Char Name: Argus Devilmen

Eye color: Red

Hair color and Style: Brown, waist length. Rarely worn in a ponytail.

Body shape & fitness: Rather average build, pointed ears, feminine appearance. (In other words quite a bishounen) Also has 2 pairs of wings, two of which are red demon wings and the other two are black angel wings both pairs are usually kept inside his back, but he rarely uses them and if ever the angel wings.

Clothing: While he usally wears Robes, I would like to request him in his Dragoon armor. He wears armor similar to the renown Kain Highwind of FF fame, although his is a Dark Blue, and doesn't have a helmet. I don't really have any specifics for that, but if you don't want to do his armor you can just do his robed look I guess. If you go with that one, he wears blue Priest style robes with yellow trim, which are held on at the waist with a yellow piece of cloth, and regular brown boots.

Whoa...that's totally amazing. You deserve props to the eleventh power, RED. The expression on Andy's face alone could kick everyone's ass. He doesn't even have to use his katana. You did Andy's muscles quite well, too.

However, there is one peice of this picture that I must give its own paragraph to show my appreciation of: Andy's hair. I'd been wondering for some time how his hair would look, because it's long but the front is spiky, but now I have the answer, and it looks decidedly awesome.

SPIFFTASTIC. Andy is shibby, with truly excellent pose, and I am gushing over Yfandes 'cuz she's got the bishoujo breeze thing going. >=P As for lopsidedness, it gives it character and prevents boring symmetry. ^_~

Description!

Height: 5'9"

Build: Medium, fit.

Hair: Black, very wild and disheveled.

Eyes:Green, have an intense, insane look to them.

Face: Noble-looking structure; rather handsome. Tends to have an one-sided grin that makes his sanity seen questionable.

Age: Early thirties.

Clothing: Reddish purple robes (Wine colored, more purple than red) befitting a nobleman. They are very rumpled and disheveled.

Possessions: A shard of mirror which glows with a soft radience (It contains the essences of several slain Celestials)

Personality: Simon is a Dream Mage who has been driven mad by his pursuit of knowledge that living beings were not meant to possess. From this, at a glance, he seems to have become an immoral killer who will sacrifice anything for knowledge. At first, it seems his actions are erratic and perhaps even self-contradictory, yet they always seem to weave into some greater plan. Reasoning with Simon is not impossible, as he usually isn't too violent to talk. Rather the opposite, he's quite fond of speaking about his works and discoveries. Unfortunately, his madness and the nature of his discoveries makes interpretting his words or actually reasoning with him a difficult task at best. Being a dream mage, his work revolving around the plane of dreams, and it is exceedingly rare that he ever leaves that chaotic and everchanging realm.

Pose I'd Like to See: I would like to see a side profile, slightly favoring the back, of him holding the mirror shard with his right hand, looking into it intensely and grinning ever so slightly, as though he were seeing some secret no one else can.
