And geocities isn't worthy of hosting something so groovy.But then again it isn't worthy of hosting most things.

Thing that stands out for me is the head. The muzzle is really ace. Impresses me much, as I have a lot of trouble drawing non-human things. And the expression is top notch. Nice work, V!
