COMPETITION TIME

As some/many/most/all/none of you know I'm currently making a calendar of birtdays of the members of this board. First I'd like to remind those of you who didn't respond to the brithday spam thread and haven't given me their details on AIM to get the to me as soon as possible. Second I'd like to announce an art competition.

Each calendar will have a picture on it, and I wanted it to be RPGWW artwork. It can be old or new stuff (preferably old though, I don't want this to drag out for a long time) but I need suggestions (believe me you should never leave a decission soley to me, the results are bizzare to say the least).

Personally I think the big picture of everyone should definately be one of them, maybe January (nice intro).

And I would like something christmassy for December, but that's just me.

Unless somebody comes up with some fine quality art for Febuary. Even though Mary Sue's antics are amusing, Good Art > MS Paint. <p>

I might try my hand at this later, if I can ever get Dru to get off his lazy tush. =D Or maybe I'll get Shea-shea to scan stuff....

And incidentally: A calendar of this stuff would be a spiffy collection to the RPGWW gift shop, if possible. ^_^

Damn art and the fact that it takes a long time!

If we're going to go a calendar I'd prefer to have it by the next birthday...but as that's 2 hours away that aint gonna happen. Deadline is by the 26th of January, after that it'll just have to go on the next years one. Also: If I get 12 good pieces then the deadline is then. And yes I do want to get a wide variety of artists involved, lots of different drawing styles is a good thing, cause you all rock.

Well, surprisenly, I, soon, can actually spare a day or two to do the art thing. Hurrah for me! So I may try and do a picture of some sort. Though my idea's on months are rather lacking at th moment, I'll see what happens. Here's hoping, yay! <p><div style="text-align:center"> </div>
