We'll be sleeping at a couple castle-hotels...and we were warned about the sheep and cattle in a travel booklet. It was actually pretty amusing the way they worded it.

We're pretty much traveling the southern coast-line. Starting in Dublin, driving to Waterford, then to the Ring of Kerry, then leaving from Shannon airport.
