As a result of internet downtime, I have been unable to be in contact. Until the 17th at minimum, I won't be online.
Just a FYI. <p>ChibiUrusai: *chomps* I am underage. ^-^
Arch mage144: This means nothing to me. =P
T3chn0Namagomi: *motherly voice* Brian! What would Kate think if she heard you say that?!
---Dirtiness in a chat. Blame my mind for being in the gutter.
-Namagomi, who lives up to his name in this case.</p>

I'm curious ... how is this conducive to discussion? <p>

When you get back, I want a report of how you like college and your classes and all the people you meet!

It's not, but it's a serious post as opposed to "please fill my thread with spam." <p>

Why are people posting things in the Unspoken forum? That's practically like speaking!

But ... isn't that usually what happens in these threads anyways? <p>

In discussion, it's generally frowned on. That's why we have a serious subfourm (Discussion) and a non-serious subforum (Kotoki's).
That said, we know what we needed to know, and it was presented in a very straightforward way. Why exactly do you feel a need to stir trouble up with something so benign? There's really no point, aside from garnering negative comments from people who happen to look over and notice. It's not even clever or funny.

On another note: How are the Spam and Discussion fora subfora anymore? They recieve about twice as much (if not more) attention nowadays. Hell, in my time they've ALWAYS been more oft-used. <p>[---------------------------]

I concur with Archmage.
Dude, wtf? <p>
<span style="font-size:xx-small;">"Their rhetoric... You didn't put communists in his bed did you!" came Amber's indignant reply.
"Why not? All I had to do was open a gate to his bed and stick up a sign saying 'Hot virgin willing to make the ultimate sacrifice in the name of international socialist fraternity.'"</span>

Wait, I guess I screwed up the meaning a bit. I was referring to the whole "RP Forum/Non RP Subforum" thing that I might have made up on the spot and not the division as set down in the actual bones of the fora themselves which now that I think on it is probably what you're referring to. <p>[---------------------------]

So wait a minute. You're saying "why are the spam etc. subfora considered subfora when they get more posts than the RP subfora?"
It might be because the "forum" is called "RPGWW" and all of the related categories into which it is divided are "subfora." <p>

I believe he's asking how they can be subforums if they occupy the majority of the forum's total post count.
Edit: I am late. <p>

Not... quite? I was under the impression for a moment that the RP fora weren't subfora at all but were the fora and the subfora were the extraneous orbital fora that sort of occupy other parts of the general idea around the whole concept of a web community. <p>[---------------------------]

As is commonly refered to, Nev, a forum is the site as a whole. This forum is the site you get to when you go to
pub30.ezboard.com/brpgww60462 . Every section on this site is a subforum; Gaera Main, Kotoki's Inn, Fanart, and so on.
Also, to all of you, who says fora when refering to the plural of forum in an internet sense? Bunch of Latin obsessors, the lot of you. Next thing you'll be forcing ending prepositions into a cage and talking about the horrors of the split infinitive. :( <p>
