Yalogank Use Questions

I probably should have brought this stuff up earlier, but as my roommate's dad says, "It's easier to get forgiveness than permission!"

I want to know what the RPGWW policy is on Yalogank image usage. I've been directly linking (erp) some stuff at ADV, but my current concern is about printing out something random to put on my dorm room door (the shields and rooks just aren't spiffy enough).

I'm also taking suggestions on exactly what to put there! (Perhaps something embarassing for Squintz due to the fact that I'm on the same campus as him). <p>

<span style="font-size:xx-small;">"Their rhetoric... You didn't put communists in his bed did you!" came Amber's indignant reply.

"Why not? All I had to do was open a gate to his bed and stick up a sign saying 'Hot virgin willing to make the ultimate sacrifice in the name of international socialist fraternity.'"</span>

<span style="color:blue;font-size:xx-small;">Excaliburned:</span> <span style="font-size:xx-small;">Ah yes, I'm thinking of having the USS Bob be preserved outside the Arena as a monument of sorts</span></p>

Post/lunk the image in question. Most of the stuff is stolen to begin with, so I can't really extend rights--you just need to be unscrupulous, like me!

Image macros (i.e. signs) are generally considered (by me, anyway) to be amongst intarweb open domain. Screenshots are technically copyright to whomever created the graphics, but I really don't think anyone cares. Photographs are copyright to whomever took the photo, comics are copyright to the comicker; etc. etc.

BTW, the entire yalogank directory is moving (and slimming down) at some point in time. It's in the works, but if you ever notice a broken link, please fix/remove it. That'd be cool. <p>

I've been using mostly signs, if I remember correctly, along with some other random images that generally don't have a clear origin.

As for what to put on my door, I'll have to look! Though a 'sign' does sound like a good idea.

EDIT: Okay, first two for now are:

and

Kay-os?

EDIT EDIT:

Fuck you, Internet.

Fuck you.

:( <p>

Indeed they are.

And they're both macros from 4chan, and I dare say up for general use. Go for it. <p>

I say that if anyone wants to link something off Yalogank, Dia gets to take a finger. <p>
