What sort of mousepads do you folks have? Mine is a generic Compaq one with a lady reaching ominously outwards at me, held back soley by the fact that she is two dimensional.

Also, I'm only posting this here because I want honest answers.

RPG World mousepad, featuring the hero. "Brave! Skilled! Total Idiot!"

You're jealous.

EDIT: Looked for a link, couldn't find one. You know why? Because it's not being produced anymore.

You're really, really jealous.
__-__-__-__-__-__

Mine is my extra sketch pad, only because my optical mouse broke, so I had to have something with some traction to it.

the one here is a "Networks O.S., Inc. (206) 486 - 2372" Dark green mouspad.

The one downstairs is Red and the same otherwise.

The one in my room is a NAVY mousepad.

Mine's a "Wildtouch" mousepad with a pattern on it that's supposed to resemble grizzly fur.

Allsop cloth topped mousemat, for extra smoothness. Makes a whole lot of difference compared to my old, crappy plastic mousemat.

Laptop:
Touchpad which sucks. Which is to say, I have no mousepad on the laptop.

Desktop:
"Z Store" logo with red bands. Came packed in with my DBZ DVD prize for a contest thing.

Before that, there was the Max Payne mousepad which came with a new copy of the game.

Before that, there was the Cartman from South Park mousepad.

I should also note that I've gone through a variety of mice! My current mouse on the desktop, however, is Optical! I just keep the mousepad because I like it.

You can't be serious. I see lowercase letters.

Also: I use a touchpad sometimes.
Sometimes, I use my tablet.
Sometimes, an Alienware mousepad!

I use the recliner's arm. My neighbor uses a magazine on the endtable. My sister uses the floor. 1 (One) x Standard "Double A" Business-Grade A4 White Printing Paper.

Complete with all kinds of bored, on-the-spot sketches and "OMG, I Can't Find Some Paper" notes all over. And used so much that it is starting to turn a dirty shade of gray... seriously

See, my mouse is optical too, but since my desk is largely a product of my father's ingenuity (read: a big fucking peice of wood), it would be annoying as all hell to use the optical mouse on it. Plus I can't see that splinters would be great for the mechanism (NEXT PERSON TO MAKE A MUTANT RAT JOKE DIES).
__-__-__-__-__-__

My mouse is optical as well. However, I have an all-red (or nearly so) mousepad with a wrist rest.

I'll try and show anyone interested a picture of it when I'm not nearly as busy.

All mousepads rape my optical mouse and cause my mouse cursor to have a seizure on my screen. Plays sheer havoc with my FPS sessions too. Hence, all mousepads are banned from my tabletop :(

Image

I had the same problem. The aforementioned grizzly bear mousepad has been banished in favour of a plain red one. Yes, there is a BIT of dance in it, but for the most part, I can leave the darn thing facedown on the mousepad and the screensaver WILL kick in.

I'd just have it on the table, but I fear crumbs will get in. >.>
--------------------
