They're changing Bugs Bunyn and all his friends. Utterly and completely.

This isn't the slow change over time as animation gets better, adding shading and colors and even *gasp* 3D.

Bugs Bunny just became an MCF. He's completely black with yellow eyes. As are all his friends. Daffy, Taz, etc. They fight crime and say things like "e_e What's up... Doc?"

It's like they gave him to Dark Phoenix and let him jsut completely rape the character! WHY?!?!?!?

Also: This was shown on a TV news Broad Cast. I'm not sure it'll get off the ground, and I can't seem to find it on the internet. :{

I didn't. I watched tapes my Dad bought or recorded from TV--some of which were (maybe are, if they're still around) older than I.

By the time I even learned about the Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show, I didn't care about sitting down in front of the TV for long periods of time--I wanted to spend hours outside running amuck the neighborhood, listen to music, or play RPGs. <p>

CBS seems to think this shit is contraband or something, or maybe they found out that their source was falsifying, because I did a search on there for Bugs Bunny and came up with a summary of the night's news. The funny thing was, though, that it said its little bit to introduce the story, and followed it up with "Click the following link for more"--but there was no link.

My guess is that they realized they made an oops and made some sort of effort to try and clean it up. <p><span style="font-size:xx-small;">"It's in the air, in the headlines in the newspapers, in the blurry images on television. Okay, so, as far as people who aren't "Buzz" or whatever, we've got Wile E., the road runner, and of course Daffy... but who are the other two supposed to be? Lola and Taz? Or perhaps I should ask who they're supposed to be loosely based on?

Anyway, I swear to God, I can't envision any course of action that doesn't involve those guys getting massively owned by the end of it. They're so damn cheesy, that's gotta by why they exist... to act all badass and then gasp in disbelief when Goku throws the spirit bomb he's been charging for four episodes at them. Or something.
