Fun with Political Deception

Mmmm... Fresh Political Bullshit

I normally don't read news articles, but this one caught my eye. Nice to see both candidates are muckraking nicely. I especially love the accusation of voting 98 times of tax hikes that Bush made at Kerry. ^^

It does sadden me to see both are doing such shoddy research on their flaming, though. <p>-------------------------------------

Yep.

What a wonderful election we've got on our hands. <p><div style="text-align:center">Image</div></p>

... If they were to both disappear, along with their potential vice presidents, do you think the fresh batch the parties would have to scramble for would be any better? :{? <p>

It doesn't matter. Too many people vote for the party, not the candidate.

I am impressed, though, with what I see in this article, and that is the first speck of intelligence I've ever seen attributed to Bush. <p><span style="font-size:xx-small;">"It's in the air, in the headlines in the newspapers, in the blurry images on television. I've actually asked a few coworkers about the debate thus far, and that article sums up what they've told me.

I can't remember if Bush vs Gore was honestly any better. Someone fill me in? <p>

I dunno if it was any better, but it was less impressive. <p>-------------------------------------

I simply look at it like this...

No matter who wins, whether it's Bush, Kerry, Nader, the guy serving the double-life sentence, or the guy who has a porn star as a running mate, we're all
A) screwed.
B) gonna be severely disappointed.
and C) screwed.

...And I personally shall be D) seeing how fast I can get to England. <p>Will Rennar / Asura Calibre

Will fails to mention...

E) Apathetic, given that this isn't too different from usual <p>

Screw you, Brits! I'll be taking my chances in the hand of the Irish, to whom I'm half indebted towards! <p>

In almost seriousness'ness I wouldn't ever purposely goto Ireland if you can really help it. I'm sure its a nice spot to visit but never to stay.

Of course I've only be told of it by people who have either a) Ran away from it, b) Lost family there or c) Made someone lose family there ... so they might of been a bit biased.

But really... lots of trouble in Ireland all round, a place best to stay clear of if ya can. <p><div style="text-align:center"> Shhh! </div>

Hey, c'mon now...I ain't the one who made the mess, and I wasn't the one who chose to give up my citizenship to the crown (I originally grew up on Antigua, a little Caribbean island that if I'm not mistaken is British territory...I dunno if the fact that I'm a quarter Scottish has any bearing in here, but I'll mention it just for the fnark of it.) when I was a kid, dammit. >_< *shakes a fist towards Alaska and his parents* <p>Will Rennar / Asura Calibre

One thing I must note: Americans should feel lucky.

Canadian politics aren't nearly as fun to watch (or make fun of, might I add.). At least when it comes to muckraking in America, people actually FIND things of note.

Someone should make a reality show. >.> <p>--------------------

Dude, if Priam finds the way to Saturn Valley, I am so there. Hell, I'll even provide transportation. <p><div style="text-align:center">Image</div></p>
