Change of text, due to changes.

If we do what Dia proposed here we'll need $750-850 to be raised between the three of us. If we split the fees evenly, we're looking at $250-285 each. I'm capable of paying my share, and can possibly help out a little if someone can't raise enough cash. So, thoughts?

If we're to stay 3 nights, we're looking at $250 each, with an extra $33-34 each if we stay another night.

Bad news: The sale on the car rental will not extend until the dates we will be renting the minivan. The cost of renting a car will be more expensive than expected.

The good news: This may not affect anything as Dad and I may be making arrangements to pay for gas money.

Net effect on what you will have to pay: Hopefully, nothing.
