ChristianCord: there is no one who's truly badass in FF8.

Maintained for all to see.

I dunno, man. From what I've seen (admittedly limited) I'd have to agree.

T-Rex doesn't count on account of being a t-rex.

In a permanent sense, no, there is not. However, one cannot ignore the beginning to the fight immediately preceding your ability to summon Gilgamesh.

Pfagh! Odin was jobbing on that fight! Besides, let's see Seifer the Executive Producer do that to ANY Bahamut!

That doesn't change that it's a crowning moment of awesome. And yes, I will link the related TVtropes page if provoked. Oh yes.

Who would have thought that two characters, level 23 and 24, could beat a particularly slow level 27 enemy? It turns out all it takes is a million cure spells, a Fight command used repeatedly, and HP sufficient to withstand nearly four attacks from the enemy! I wouldn't have guessed.

Priam doesn't 'get' Ulillillia.

I want to believe that this is all a joke or parody.

I don't think it is. D:

I shall aspire to be like him in every way...

Except I hit level 99 by doing the infinite enemy loop in one of the temples, and put the controller down for two days while it auto-levelled.

I shall also dedicate one of my sweet, sweet double posts to point out that this guy is horrifyingly obsessive-compulsive, with probably a smack of assortments of Letter-combinations not to mention looking somewhat like Napoleon Dynamite.

Didn't Jooie have similar compulsions with his gaming some years ago?
