He's basically the most wonderful example of Northern Irish English variant I have ever encountered... of course, I haven't met many, but I had an assignment to describe the way an english-talking person spoke, and I'm glad I picked him.
His grammar and vocabulary isn't particularly irish, at least not according to the book I'm using (Melchers & Shaw: World Englishes), but I'm assuming he's going according to pre-made scripts and keep his act as Standard English as he can.
