I wonder at which point I'll be able to go out and get tanked. Not like there seems to be much else.

3 years here; but then again, you can only get plastered at bars here when you're 18; to actually buy alcohol for home or private party consumption, you need to be 20.

I'm sure I've mentioned this before.
