Mega Man vs Speed Racer?

Yes, children, it looks like Capcom is making a new VS 2D fighter featuring themselves in one corner, and in the other, one of Japan's oldest and, presumably, most respected animation studios. Tatsunoko, the people who brought you excessive gasping, cars rotating 90°, flamboyant sicence ninjas, and a Christian robot.
I'm not sure if I can really get excited about this. Really, it depends on how much effort they put into the game, and who is going to be in it. It would be totally awesome to whip some ass as Amaterasu (Okami) or one of the Samurai Pizza Cats (Samurai Pizza Cats), but I swear to God if they re-use any of those 15 year old Darkstalkers sprites and try to pretend it doesn't look weird next to brand-spanking new sprites, I'm going to go over there and punch every single one of them in the gonads.
