How to meditate and help flow of senses
Start trying to spin a ring straight in the air...
And catch it on your finger.
But Don't think about anything.
Just watch yourself do it. Eventually you'll start grabbing it after it bounces off your finger or you'll get it everytime.

Be careful, they might run away.

Look for the tale-tell signs in the morning--water trails. This will alert you to ice cubes on the run.

Ice cubes also often use the 'Slip N Slide' technique.

This can not only increase there mobility but be hazardous to your health should you "Slip n slide" in the wrong place.

Be Wary.
