A note on FFXIII: It would be really nice if, instead of going "Hey, this game exists! Did you forget? Shame on you!", Square would actually tell people how the game fucking plays. How long have they been working on this shit, now? They've got this really bad habit of showing off how their games look and not getting into anything else. They told us a little in '06, but nothing since then. Hard to get excited about playing a game when you barely know anything about how the game plays.

Also hard to get excited about a game coming out exclusively on a console you'll probably never own.

Releasing lots of pretty pictures without any information seems to be the way of the future.
