Posted: Thu Aug 30, 2007 5:47 pmIt would be nice if they told you precisely what you were supposed to do, such as the range of motion that is considered acceptable. Often times I find myself doing exactly the same thing I have been doing, and achieving much less satisfactory results for it. And that is infuriating.
