Spanish language question

So I've been working on translating various documents for work, and I've come to a point where a dictionary really doesn't help me--onomatopoeia. I know that in Spain, dogs say "gau" and such, so it's of course differently spelled and transliterated than English speakers would have it. What I'm stuck on, specifically, is "beep," as in a car horn. And there are very few sites documenting Spanish onomatopoeia, and none that I could find deal with this particular one. Help a brother out?

As far as i know, "Bip" is the spanish equivalent to "Beep".
I don't see it used that much, tho.
