Back in the day(TM), our oldest posters were Choark and Bunnygirle (they were totally in their 20s!) and the majority of our posters were in the 15-17 bracket. Are we really all mostly 18+ now? Is Caro the youngest at 17?

There is a footnote there: "In Mexico the federal law varies according to the age gap between partners and is often overruled by regional laws." Maybe it depends on which state you're in?

It is states in Mexico, isn't it? Been so long that now I'm not sure offhand.

yeah it's states in here.

Also, i checked with my brother (who is studying law) and it seems like that site is right, apparently it is ok (tho morally frowned upon) for two 12 year olds to have sex, and that age gap thing does apply too.

i lost a little more faith on my country today : (
