Ok, so im posting this on Kotoki's so more people can see it. sorry, no fun content for you.

This is mostly directed to those members who had run a webcomic in the past or still do (i think that's atleast DM and Nick), but anybody who thinks is able to help is welcome.

You might not be aware but i run a small comic series on my DA account but am planning to get a site for it, my current hosting options include Comic genesis and Drunk duck and i wanted to know what you guys think about either or suggesting another option for free hosting, or if possible your experiences with webcomic-ing.

any help at all is very appreciated.

I've got a webcomic!

I can't offer any advice on those two hosting services, as I've never heard of them... my comic is temporarily hosted on tripod, while I negotiate with a programmer about getting a full site set up...

Any questions on the art half of it though, I can try to help out on. :O

I've hosted comics on Angelfire (I don't recommend), Comic Genisis (back when it was just Keenspace), and Livejournal. Frankly, though, I know little to nothing about using computers for FTP and HTML.

I do recommend you download an FTP editor if you use Comic Genisis, because they don't provide one or anything. CG is probably your best bet as far as I know; they let you store a good amount of stuff (based on my use of the system about three years ago).
