-How do you feel today?
Lostprophets - Ode to Summer
Not particularly appropriate.
-What's your outlook on life?
Weird Al Yankovic - Everything You Know Is Wrong
YES.
-What does your family think of you?
Eve6 - Nocturnal
Uh...I don't even know what that would mean. Except my mom yells at me for staying up late >_>
-What do your friends think of you?
Freddie Hubbard - Arietis [Alternate Take]
It's one of my favorite pieces by my favorite jazz trumpet player, so if it means they like me like I like this piece, then cool.
-What do strangers think of you?
Midnight Syndicate (All my Midnight Syndicate stuff is from the D&D Soundtrack) - Final Confrontation
This is D&D mood music, and sounds quite like the title suggests, with the sounds of a pitched battle starting about halfway through. If strangers think of me like that, then...okay...
-What do your exes think of you?
Midnight Syndicate - Prelude
Don't know what to make of this. It's very mystical and mysterious, and really I don't think it evokes the proper feelings of "I wish he'd just shut up and go away" that would properly come from my exes.
-How has your life been so far?
Nirvana - Lithium
Yep. Friends in my head and whatnot. Appropriate.
-How will your lovelife be in the future?
Dashboard Confessional - Vindicated
Good god I hope not.
Your future marriage?
Streetlight Manifesto - A Better Place, A Better Time
Not very upbeat, lyrically.
-How do you feel about school?
CCR - Fortunate Son
I really am no fortunate one, so okay.
-Your love life now?
Lostprophets - The Handsome Life of Swing
Kinda whiny, which is about right.
-What song should they play on your birthday?
Reel Big Fish - She's Famous Now
I mean, at any birthday part of mine, they'd just go through my entire playlist of Reel Big Fish songs, so okay.
-What song should they play at your funeral?
Yellowcard - Three Flights Up
Not a particularly bad selection. Uplifting instrumental.
The Soundtrack of Your Life:
The Offspring - Denial, Revisited
Pretty damned appropriate! Also a highly-recommended song.
Genre:
Less Than Jake - Automatic
I don't know what this one's supposed to mean, so *shrug!* Great song, though.
Opening themesong:
Midnight Syndicate - Skirmish
Epic. There's also the sounds of a battle in this one, so I guess the movie of my life opens with fighting.
You and your bestfriend are:
Harvey Danger - Flagpole Sitta
EVERYBODY'S COMIN' TO GET ME. JUST SAY YOU NEVER MET ME.
Happy times:
The Aquabats - Pizza Day
VERY appropriate, because that's what the song's about!
Sadness:
A New Found Glory - The Glory of Love
Inappropriate.
Confusion:
Streetlight Manifesto - The Saddest Song
Well, I have always been confused about why Streetlight called such an upbeat ska tune "The Saddest Song".
Anger:
The Beatles - With A Little Help
Dude, no.
Love:
Freddie Hubbard - Outer Forces
Not my favorite Freddie, but okay.
Betrayal:
Anti-Flag - Angry, Young, and Poor
Well, from what I can hear, Anti-Flag thinks everyone betrays them, so okay.
Climax:
Phil Collins - You'll Be In My Heart (Tarzan Soundtrack)
It'd have to be one fucking positive climax.
Ending Themesong:
Korn - Freak on a Leash
Good song for the credits of the movie of my life, if that's what they're saying here >_>
"Tell you what, Leto, I won't fight with you. Zeus' wives are pretty tough customers. You have my permission to boast openly that you have beaten the daylights out of me."
-Hermes, the Iliad (Stanley Lombardo, translator) Book 21
